Background Maker
No graphics for this one. Just plain text. Now, what this program does is merge backgrounds
together. It's for 3.02 OE users out there. Normally, to make backgrounds for it, you have
to get 12 backgrounds, make sure they are EXACTLY 6,176 bytes, then hex edit them, and put
them one after another. Well, now you can just put 12 backgrounds on your PSP and this program
will do it for you. If the backgrounds are the right size, it makes the background file. If
they are too small, it makes them the right size then makes the background file. Pretty useful.
