This page will show the standings of my 3 Strikes Football Pool. This page is intended for
people who are already in my pool. Sorry, I'm not taking any more players. The premise is easy, pick
the winner of one NFL game each week. Sounds simple right? Here's the catch, once you pick that team
you can't pick them again. Lose three times over the course of the season and your out. Thus the name.
Still sounds easy huh? Well it's not especially when you have to factor in the tie-breaker.
I initially heard of it several years ago but it was
only one loss and you were out. Commonly called suicide pools. I decided to make it a little
more worthwhile so I upped it to 2 losses. That season only ran to week 11 so the next season I upped
it to 3 losses. Since that made the possibility of ties that much higher
I came up with a GREAT tie-breaker. Check out the rules to learn more.
