10 Simple Rules to the 3 Strikes Pool

1. You must pick one team to win each week. No spreads! Ties lose! Season runs up to Week 17. Playoffs are not included!
2. Once you pick a team you can not pick them again!
3. Three loss elimination! If you lose three games you're OUT!
4. Sunday & Monday picks must be in by Sunday Noon! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Thursday & Saturday games must be in 1 hour before kickoff!
5. You are responsible to call in your Picks! Any Late or missed picks will be considered losses!
6. Registration due by 8/29. Late registrations will not be accepted!
7. You're responsible for keeping track of which teams you picked. Note - Handy chart on next page! Teams picked twice will be considered a loss. Decisions of the panel will be final.
8. I will be giving weekly updates showing rankings, Tie Breakers, and last weeks' picks!
9. Tie-Breaker
   In case of a tie, winner will be determined by the Tie Breaker Percentage. This is determined by combining the records of all the winners each person has picked. The lower winning percentage will win the tie breaker. This way if someone has picked all the top teams (Cowboys, 49ers, Miami, etc.) and someone else has taken average teams like Detroit, Saints, etc., then the person who has taken more of a chance picking the average teams should win the Tie Breaker! Each week your Tie Breaker Percentage will be shown next to your record. Losses DO NOT count in Percentage.
10. Awards will be as follows:
    • 10% to the person(s) in 1st place after week 8 - (Using Tie Breaker)!
    • 10% to the 5 in 1 winner.
    • 40% to 1st Place - (at end of pool, which could be any time after week 3)
    • 25% to 2nd Place
    • 15% to 3rd Place
