The British School of Yoga was formed in 1946, they offer over 200 courses in new age therapies, counselling, stress management, and of course Yoga.
Debbie first became a Yoga with the help of the British School of Yogas helpful and easy courses. The courses are quick easy and enjoyable, and are able to compete with the British Wheel of Yoga.
