Tricks

1.    3-point tricks use the lower quadrant of the body and do not cross into         
      of gravity, i.e. high jumps.                                                                         
      the upper quadrants.
2.    4-5 point tricks involve simultaneous use of both upper and lower
      quadrants of the body, but do not require the upper and lower
      quadrants actively cross the waist.
3.    6-7 point tricks involve actively crossing the waist from one zone to
      the other.

4.      8 -9 point tricks involve displacement of the team member's center

5.     10-13 point tricks require body zones to be inverted.
