Villa Dimitra apartments are located in Sivota, a coastal village in the prefecture Thesprotia. This is not a hotel but a two floor house with private parking and surrounded by garden, flowers, lemon, orange and olive trees (1000 m2) with enjoying mountain and village views. The house is in a quite place and a peaceful location, 8 minutes walk to the beach of Zavia and 15 minutes walk to the harbour. A beautiful house located just a short walk up from the harbour and near to one of Sivota's beaches.
Each apartment (65 m2) includes two bedrooms (with a twin bed and two single beds respectively), two bathrooms, one living-dining room and kitchen, one balcony and one big veranda. Every apartment is furnished with central heating, TV, A/C, refrigerator, cookery, microwave oven, coffee-pot, boiler, iron sheets, casseroles, cutlery, crockery, safe and towels. In the garden there is a barbecue. Sheets, towels and cleaning every three days.
