Images of Cambodia
Part 2
Dave, either unreasonably happy or just being a goof.  Probably the latter ("Preah Khan" at Angkor is in the background).
That's a lot of coconuts for only one bike.
Kendra, happy to try something exotic.  To tell the truth though, neither of us really cared for the taste.
A very common way to transport heavier items. These women walk down street after street, stopping in shops or at the requests of passers-by to make a sale. This picture was taken in Phnom Penh, which accounts for the paved street.
What country are we in?! Is that an American dollar I see on the table? Indeed it is. This was at a little restaurant in Phnom Penh. The top two notes are Cambodian; together they make up about US $0.25. Cambodian money is used regularly for small change. The dollar is used for the rest.
Sadly, another common image of Cambodia: a moto driver waiting for business and talking to the amputees who are also "waiting for business" from the tourists who come to see the "Killing Fields" just outside of Phnom Penh. Us tourists had just got back on the bus so they were waiting for the next group to arrive.
