So you really want to know what I do beside eat?  My love affair with food almost brought me to culinary school with the hopes of becoming a pastry chef.  When I told my dad my plans, he insisted that I choose a more "practical" major.  He thought I should be a doctor, and I didn't, so instead I chose the next best thing:  Accounting.  =D 

I think I haven't had a cuisine that I liked something about, but my favorites are Filipino, Japanese, Italian and anything spicy.  I love carbs (how can anyone give that up?), especially the sweet kinds with lots of butter (i.e., pastries).  I LOVE ice cream (especially Mitchell's Kaluha Mocha Cream).  No one should have a day without ice cream!
