The Judicial Branch refers to the Supreme Court and, by extension, every federal court at the lower levels. The only court established by the Constitution, however, is the Supreme Court. Visit the Judicial Branch structure page to learn more about what the Constitution dictates for the judicial branch. Visit the Judicial Branch buildings page to see pictures of the Supreme Court and other buildings in which the federal judicial branch functions. You will also see pictures of our current Supreme Court justices. |
