As if the first transformation wasn't enough, Super Sayains can increase their fighting power with intense training. As you can see in the picture, Ultra Super Sayains' are extremely strong, also, their hair grows out a bit as well. In some cases, Ultra Super Sayains can go insane during the transformation, but regain their sanity after they transform. When Vegeta fought Cell, Trunks knew that Vegeta was strong, but he was stronger. When Trunks fought Cell, Trunks realized that Vegeta didn't train harder in this form become of all the speed that decreases in this form. Trunks learned the lesson the hard way. Only three of the Sayains went to this level, they are: Vegeta, Trunks, and Goku (as some people may argue that Brolly is at this level, he is just at regular Super Sayain form. He does have a heck of a lot of muscle on him)

Ultra Super Sayains are very powerful, but they sacrifice speed, but there is a way to still keep that power and equal speed, that form is called Super Sayain Level 2. In this form, the Sayain's hair grows about 7 or 8 inches more, and the muscles decrease compared to the USSJ. That doesn't mean they're weaker though. Gohan is first to turn into SSJ2 during the Cell Games Saga when Android 16 gets his head smashed by Cell, causing Gohan to get enraged and go SSJ2. Vegeta goes SSJ2 seven years later when Baba-Dee posesses him, but Vegeta gets control of himself. Goku also goes SSJ2 around the same time Vegeta does.

Only one Sayain ever goes Mystic and that's Gohan. This form of Sayain is very different that any other Sayain transformation. Sayains keep their orignal hair color and muscles tone down a bit. Even all this, and a Sayain is still stronger than a SSJ2. In a unrare video clip of DBZ, some of you have seen Mystic Gohan flying towards the screen and powering up and in the background you see a whole city crumbling behind because of his power. That's only a fraction of what a MSSJ can do. But, to become this, you must be trained be KaioShin (AKA Shin or Surprime Kai).
