         The Ginyu Force


    Zarbon catches up to Vegeta and the begin to fight again. Zarbon is losing until he turns into his monster form. Zarbon thinks he has won but Vegeta laughs and tells him that everytime a Sayain fights, they get stronger after every battle. Vegeta powers up to 40,000 leaving Zarbon behind in the dust with only 32,000. Vegeta then pummels Zarbon and kills him. Vegeta then flys off to get the other Dragon Ball that he doesn't have.

     Gohan is standing on a rock when he sees Vegeta flying straight for him. Gohan assumes that Vegeta is after his Dragon Ball and Gohan hides it on the other side of the rock as Vegeta lands. Vegeta questions Gohan and then gives him a punch in the ribs which nearly knocks Gohan out. Vegeta then flys away. A battered Gohan chuckles to himself, Vegeta hadn't seen the Dragon Ball! Then Krillin comes and tells Gohan and him that they will recieve a special gift from an elder Namekian named Guru (Goo-roo) that will give them more strength. Gohan says yes, thinking he would have enough power to defeat Vegeta. They both fly of to Guru's island.

     Meanwhile, Vegeta learns that Gohan had a Dragon Ball and Vegeta gets really ticked. He flys off in search for him.

      At Guru's place, a little Namekian boy named Dende (Den-dey) and a young adult Namekian named Nail (Nail) are gathered around Guru, fearing that he will die soon. Gohan and Krillin arrive and Guru powers up Gohan and Krillin. As Gohan and Krillin leave they see something flying in the sky. Krillin exclames 'It's Vegeta!' and the twosome freak out. Vegeta lands and Gohan starts to fight him, but they are interupted when Guru tells them that the Ginyu (Gin-you) Force is coming to help in the Dragon Ball hunt for Freeza's side. Vegeta is in shock and explans that the Ginyu Force is Freeza's elite henchmen and they are stronger than Vegeta. Gohan isn't as amazed as Krillin because Krillin knows that even with the power up, they are still no match for Vegeta. Vegeta then sees that since they are both no match for the Ginyu Force, they should join forces until this fight is over. Gohan and Krillin agrees, glad to have Vegeta on their side for once, since he's the strongest guy they have right now. Then they take off and wait for the Ginyu Force's arrival.

     Once the Ginyu Force arrives, Freeza tells them to gather the Dragon Balls and kill anyone in their way. Guldo (Gull-doe), Reccome (Re-coom), Burter (Burt-er), and Jeice (Jay-ss) go off to find the Dragon Balls while Captain Ginyu (the leader) stays behind with Freeza. Then the Ginyu Force finds Vegeta, Gohan, and Krillin, and since the new allies are blocking their path, the Ginyu Force attacks.

      First up is Guldo a weird looking alien, and he attacks Gohan and Krillin while Vegeta watches. After a few minutes into the fight it's clear Guldo is very weak and Gohan and Krillin have him on the run. But Guldo has a special technic, as long as he can hold his breath, he can freeze time. Guldo does this very often during the fight, but is still no match for Gohan and Krillin. Seeing that he can't win, Guldo uses his last resort, another technic that freezes an opponents minds so they can't move. While Gohan and Krillin are suspended in mid-air crying out for help. Guldo grabs a tree trunk and sharpens it like a spear, then throughs it at Gohan and Krillin. But before it can hit Gohan and Krillin, the tree stops in mid-air and then drops. We then see Guldo stand frozen as a line strikes across his chest, then Vegeta appears on the other side of Guldo and Guldo's top half falls of. Vegeta smirks as he looks at Guldo's dead body and blows it up. One down...... four to go.

      Then Reccome comes next and totally burns Vegeta, but Vegeta does get a couple of good hits in, but overall Vegeta nearly dead. Just as Reccome is about to shoot a beam from his mouth to kill Vegeta, Krillin comes in and delivers a well-placed, skull-breaking kick to Reccome's head. Reccome's mouth blast is off target a bit, but still is heading for Vegeta. Then Gohan grabs Vegeta pulls him away from the blast to safty. Vegeta protests that he didn't need the help and was waiting for the last second to dodge it. Gohan doesn't believe him. Reccome, still clutching his head, gets back up and pummels Krillin. Gohan then rushes in and tries to fight Reccome, but is losing horribly. All seems lost, but Vegeta is about to all out. But everyone gets distracted by a shimmering light above in the sky. As everyone looks on a space pod lands and a dark shadow appears out of the pod. But as the light fades we see the face of a forgotten comrade who goes by the name of Goku.

     The Arrival Of Goku


      Goku then gives everyone a senzu bean (even Vegeta) and then reads Krillin's mind to know what's happened. Jeice targets Goku with his scanner and says that Goku's power level is only 1,000. This greatly disappoints Gohan and the others because now they don't have a chance. Goku then stands in front of Reccome with a serious look on his face. Reccome laughs and says he's going to do his ultimate attack and kill everyone. As Reccome charges up, Krillin gets freaked out and cries 'Goku! What are you doing?!'. But just when everyone expects the worst, Reccome slobbers and then his pupils fade. When our heros question 'What?!' they seen Goku with his elbow pointed outward in Reccome's chest. Reccome falls to the ground and everyone is amazed. Vegeta wonders how Goku could have moved that quickly, he was in one place in one milisecond and in the next milisecond he had thrusted his elbow into Reccome and knocked him out. Then Vegeta's eyes bulge and he thinks that Goku is a Super Sayain. once a Sayain goes Super; their energy, speed, strength, ki control, even their IQ is maxed out. There was one Super Sayain many years ago, but he was so powerful he couldn't contain himself and destroyed the planet he was on. Of course that Sayain survived the blast, but died from oxygen loss in space. Vegeta wonders if Goku is actually a Super Sayain and could take his place among legends. Vegeta is furious. Burter and Jeice suddenly get bored and attack Goku.

     Burter and Jeice are so fast that they leave a blue (for Burter) or red (for Jeice) streak behind them. They pass Goku and fly around him, even as close as inches away from him, but Goku still stands tall, not even flinching. Evenually, Burter and Jeice get bored and start attacking Goku, shooting ki blasts at him. as
