He grew up in a house in the forest. His mother and father had a brother before him, and they got along pretty well even though his brother was a much better warrior. His brother was a great weapons crafter, as well as a swordsman. He made Neo his first sword at the young age of five, and trained him how to use it. The sword he gave him was very heavy, and it was comical to watch him at that young age to see him swing it and fall over at times. He never made it easy for him and always trained his hardest. He made little Neo swear that he only use his powers for a swordsman for good, and NEVER for evil. At the age of ten, his brother took Neo to a cave where there had been rumored to be a dragon. His sister named Lary, being brave as he was saw the dragon and ran at it with a rised sword, but died as the dragon slapped him against the cave wall and roasted him to death, then ate him. Neo could only watch as this happened. He ran home and told his family what had happened, and they looked at Neo, for he had done nothing to help his poor brother. He was exiled from his house, because his family had always liked his brother anyway, and the only reason they had kept him there, was because his brother liked to joust with Neo for fun. Now alone in the world he lives the life of a wanderer, hoping to somehow find a way to bring his beloved sister back to life, though everyone he tells his dream to, laughs at him and considered him a madman. He wanders around doing whatever he can to get food, and shelter, for he knows not what lies in his future...

Zekku was born in a small village called Elysium. Everyone in the village knew everyone else and there were few secrets in this perfect place. At least, that's what Zekku thought. It wasn't until one day when a business came strolling into town that this small village would be flipped upside down. Zekku was still young at the time, only 3 years old. This man, named Mr.Hyabussa, pretty much owned the entire city by the time Zekku was 6. The village, with Mr.Hyabussa's help, became a towering metropolis. Zekku's family was relatively wealthy, and Zekku had a pretty good life. When he was 7 years old rumors began about the way Mr.Hyabussa operated. People would randomly dissappear amongst the city, or they'd wind up dead a week after they were found missing. Zekku's friend, Amy, was one of these people. At the age of 10 she dissappeared, and Zekku searched with his father all day and night for her, along with other people who knew the young girl. She was never found, and Zekku dramatically changed after that. He used to be a take charge kind of kid, and would never back down from a challenge. After Amy disappeared, he became introverted and broke away from everyone around him. Zekku eventually grew up though, and at the age of 16 he basically lived off his parent's wealth and became a bit of an alcoholic. One very rainy day, he went strolling through the streets rambling with a beer bottle in his hand.He ended up in a dumpster just looking up into the rainy clouds. He swore to himself that he'd change for the better, and told himself to forget about Amy. He took another swig of his beer and sighed. That was the last of it. Then he heard a seemingly familiar voice call over to him. "Forget about Amy? I'm sure she wouldn't appreciate hearing that..." Zekku shot up from the dumpster looking around. He knew whose voice that was, but she was nowhere to be found. Leaping out of the dumpster and tossing his beer bottle into it, he decided to forget about hsi vows. He went on a constant search throughout the city, and tired himself out doing it. Later that night, soaked in sweat, Zekku came to an alleyway and saw her. "Amy?" He said tiredly, he inched closer to her, but her back was facing him. She slowly turned around, but she was not happy to see him. It was quite the opposite, tears were running down her face. She looked up to the sky, and asked for forgiveness. Zekku might've found this peculiar, but a large man named Boulder snuck up from behind him and clubbed him in the back of the head with the butt of his gun. When Zekku awoke, his eyes were still adjusting to the bright light of the infirmary. Standing beside him was the now grown up Amy, wearing a white labcoat. He cursed to himself and asked where he was, and what she had done to him. Amy explained that he was in the headquarters of a secret ninja clan, known as the Adeptus Astartes. The AA as it was more commonly known, dealt with a wide range of operations. Most were illegal, they were mainly mercenaries/hired assassins. Amy was kidnapped at an early age because she showed the beginning stages of telepathy. The higher ups of AA felt it was necessary to have a mind reader working for them, to weed out any traitors or spies. Being a part of the AA wasn't just reading minds for Amy though, she was also a trained killer and had used her powers of mind persuasion to take out many executives of corporations, or military personnel. Amy was getting lonely though, and when she found an old picture of her childhood friend Zekku, she felt it was time for some changes at the Adeptus Astartes. Using her powerful telepathic powers proved useless, for the higher ups had implants that dampened her psychic hold on them. Still, they looked in Zekku's files and found that he had the potential to be a strong warrior. Taking up Amy's offer, they wheeled him in. When Zekku heard all of this, he was mainly in a state of disbelief. He was so confused but Amy sensed trouble. Using her powers, she became to draw out the memories of Zekku's old life, and slowly erase them one by one. Zekku tried desperately to hold on, and Amy found that he had a strong will. Still, in the end, Zekku passed out from the transcension. When he recovered, he had no memory of his previous life, only the memories that Amy instilled into him. The only thing he knew was his duty to the AA. His entire code of conduct was altered to fit the needs of the AA. He would have no remorse for any of his actions, and his life would be devoted and consumed by the AA. Amy felt bad for him though, and gave him one feeling. The memories of his love for Amy she drew out and kept saved them, locked them within Zekku's own mind. Of course, all agents working under the AA could not work with their real names, or else their pasts could be unlocked and put the whole clan into jeopardy. So, Zekku was assigned a new identity, a number. 117 was a free spot, the man before him to have this number, John, was a great warrior. Filled with great pride and zealousness, he was a grand champion of the AA. Amy felt that giving this number to Zekku would put fuel to the fire. Zekku was also given the standard code of the AA, and instructed in the day to day operations. He began his training the next day. When Zekku-117 entered the room, he looked around and saw no training equipment. Instead, one lone man stood in the center of the padded room. He was huge, and looked oddly familiar to Zekku-117. This man was Boulder-343 and had been a part of the agency for over 20 years. Boulder-343 was a huge, hovering man, but as fearsome as he looked, he was a man of dignity, and had great respect within the AA. As kind as he was outside of the AA, he was a total bitch in training. Zekku-117 first training exercise every day would be to spar with Boulder-343. Boulder-343 tossed him boxing gloves, and the two began their fight. Zekku-117 wasn't a fighter, but he'd been in a few bar brawls during his years. The hardcore veteran, 343, gave one good right hook into 117's unprotected face, and he was out. When he recovered in the infirmary, he was sent directly back to 343. 343 continued to beat him up for a whole week. Finally, 117 realized that 343's moved slower with his left side than with his right. Playing on this weakeness, 117 was able to out maneuver his opponent and when he knocked him down to the ground, 343 chuckled. He surrendered to 117 and 117 helped him up. The two shook hands and 343 told him that he broke his left leg. 343 went limping to the infirmary while 117 spoke to Amy. While Amy was an agent, she was never given a number, as her existence in the Agency was supposed to be kept on a need to know basis. When moving around the base, she would just erase any memory of her prescence to those she knew could not be trusted. 117 was not one of these people , obviously. When the two began to talk, Amy asked how the fight went. 117 began to brag about the fight but couldn't help noticing Amy's grin. Eventually, she explained that after 2 weeks of fighting, 343 felt bad for him and decided to let him win. Of course, when 117 heard this, he rushed over to 343 to hear the news from him. 343 admitted to holding back, but he explained that he does that for everyone. Amy just wanted to see how 117 would react to see if he truly had the spirit of a warrior. 117 nodded in agreement and began the next phase of his training. This went on for many years. It took nearly eight years before 117 was ready for any real time missions. He and 343 became partners. On their first mission, 117 left with a broken right arm and a left leg with 6 bullet holes through it. The AA's hospital was very advanced however, and in a matter of a month, there were no signs of any injury on 117. During this time, 117 learned to become ambidextrous, as he had to rely on his left arm completely. 4 years later, around the age of 28, 117 felt that his days as an agent for the AA were coming to an end. He was sent on a mission into the base of a group of rebels. Moving through the base silently was easy, and dispatching of any guards was even easier. But when he made it into the secured office of one of the officials, it was dealing with the truth that was the hard part. Hacking into the software as he had been trained to do for so long, he came across the files of himself and many of the other agents working under the AA, including a special file on Amy and 343. Taking this information, along with proof of completing his mission, he head back to the AA base. Later that evening, he snuck into Amy's bedroom and awoke her. She wasn't startled though, because he had been thinking heavily all the way to her room. She knew teh situation before he even opened his mouth and agreed that they needed to get out of there. Leaving no time to pack, they snuck around the base, trying to make their way out. As they turned a hallway, a man wearing a suit raised his pistol and fire a dart into Amy. She instantly fell to the floor, appearing lifeless. 117 charged at the man but, many guards exited their hideouts, with rifles all raised at 117's head. He sighed and asked why they killed Amy. The man laughed "Killed Amy? No, we can't do that. We've merely put her in a state of comatose. The syrum injected into her corrupts her mind. Being such a powerful psychic, she is able to fight the syrum, which generates the power we need." 117 was too confused to speak. So, the man did the speaking for him. "You see, the psychic power being generated by her can be used to further our own studies, so that someday we can implant that kind of power into all of our agents. If you behave, you might even get a taste of it" 117 would've shown some sort of remorse, had it not been deleted from his brain. He still felt love though, and the loss of the one he loved generated a trait he knew well, Anger. 343 grabbed him just before he leaped at the man wearing the suit, and knocked him out with one swift punch. He sighed as he looked at his friend. "This is for your own good...Zekku". The man looked at 343 peculiarly and then slapped him, as 343 looked back at his boss, the man yelled in his face "HIS NAME IS 117 I DONT EVER WANNA HEAR THAT NAME AGAIN!" He looked around the room and then told everyone to get back to their posts. 117 was then taken back to his room where a drug that caused amnesia was delivered. 117 awoke during the process however, and knocked out the guard administering it. He held him hostage and demanded answers from the higer ups. Samuels, the man he encountered earlier, answered the call. He told 117 that Amy and himself were both part of a larger plan. Amy being human was too unpredictable, the Adeptus Astartes needed something that they could better control with such vast power. So, they studied Amy throughout the years, how she controlled her power, how they strong they were through various stages, etc. They found that when she was in love, her powers seemed to be more controllable and less rampant. So, they fed her lust by accepting 117 into the agency. They trained him as they would any other agent and put him to good use. They wanted to see how much more powerful Amy's power would grow if her lover was gone, so they staged for his death by sending him on impossible tasks. When 117 came back alive, they decided to send him on a mission, and make sure that the enemy knew of his coming. That was the day he found the files on himself and the others. The entire rebel base was staged.117 couldn't believe what he was hearing, then he asked why they didn't just kill him if he was no longer of value. Samuels answered back by asking if 117 ever heard anything while he was alone, asleep perhaps. 117 stepped back and concentrated. He heard Amy's voice faintly floating around his head, calling to him. Samuels laughed,"You hear it dont you? She is calling to you, she wont' shutup in my head either. Even my boss is curious about her. So he asked that we keep you around for the AA, just to see how she interacts iwth you in her comatose state. Plus, I'm please to tell you that you're looking at a promotion." 117 couldn't believe what he was hearing, his girlfriend was basically murdered for her brain, and the killers try to give him a promotion!? Samuels told him that if he didn't stay with the AA, he'd make sure that Amy's head was sent to him on a silver platter. 117 stood there staring coldly into Samuels eyes, so Samuels broke the silence by showing him the knife that'd be used to kill Amy. That broke 117 and force him to stay with teh agency. Samuel laughed with a big grin, and then 343 entered. He told 117 how sorry he was, but noticed that 117 was no longer troubled. Without any _expression in his face, he told 343 that the AA made the biggest mistake keeping him alive. One day, when he got close enough, he was going to bring every single official down. 343 patted 117's shoulder and whispered in his ear "I'll help". It's been 2 years now, and 117 still works for the AA, Amy is locked in a cell somewhere hidden within the recesses of the AA, and 343 still has 117 back whenever he needs him. The higher ups are still unaware of 117's intentions, but they still keep one eye on him in case he gets "unruly".
