Earth Dragonballs were made by the Guardian of the Earth,Kami.He made his Earth Dragonballs just after he parted with his evel side.Earth's Dragonballs are sphere in shape,and are about the size of a fist.They are arange in colour,and have a little red star in the middle.
Namek Dragonballs
The orginial Dragon,Porunga,created by Saichouro (after Saichouro died of natural causes,the role of "Dragon Keeper" was passed to Muri-a Namek Elder)The Namek Dragonalls look exactly the same as the Earth ones but there about the size of Basketballs.The Namek Dragonballs are able to grant (3) wishes.
Black Star Dragonballs
The Black Star Dragonballs only appeared in the Dragonball:Grand Tour (GT) Series.They were created by Piccolo the Daemon King (Piccolo's Father). The Black Star Dragonballs are much more powerful than any other that have been created.They are like the other Dragonballs but they have Black Stars inside,instead of the previous red.The Black Star Dragonballs can only fulfill (1) wish,and when the wish has been granted,the Ultimate Shenron would appear.After the wish is made the Balls scatter across the Universe.
