Namek:You can train,find dragonballs,and visit Guru here.
Space:This is where you go when you are flying your ship to a different location.You can train in your ship in here.If you have a gravitron you can also use that.
Snake Way:You must run snake way in order to get to King Kai's.It takes 2 days to get there.
King Kai's:You must be dead to go here.You can train with King Kai and learn the KaioKen attack.It is 20 times Earth's gravity.
