Hobby:  Guitar, Sleeping......, Badminton, Hang out with friends

Thoughts:  Throughout the past 3 years, Badminton team had been more like a family among players and that's what make a strong team.  Still, a good team requires a group of players who are dedicated to the sport and are willing to do anything that can bring this team to succeess.  I am really fortunated that I can be around a group of people who really care about this sport and just want to make things the best they could.  The former players, teammates, and coaches have given me a lot of inspirations thus making me a better player.  I have to thank Matt Cheung, Michelle Tea, and Lily Wang for being my best teammates and good friends as well.

Goals:  Last year, Varsity came so close of getting that banner up there; this year, I really hope that we can win the league and bring our banner back home.  Also, I wish that Lily and I can make into CIF mixed quarter-finals.  This is a tough goal since every player out there is so good and most of them practice 24/7, so I have to work harder in order to reach my goals. Dedications, determinations, and disciplines will bring this team sweet victories.

Hobby:  Badminton, Basketball
              Thoughts:
The team gives me a feeling of family atmosphere.  I can be myself when I am with my teammates.  They make me laugh.  I really like being with them.
              Goals:
I wish we will WIN WIN WIN!!!!

  Matt Cheung:

Hobby: Lego, Badminton, School, Hanging out with friends, Laughing for no reason.
            Thoughts:
I'm worried about singles player Matt Cheung.  I wish the whole team knew each other and hung out with everyone.  If we all went to tournaments, the team would be a lot more gregarious with each other.  The team shouldn't be so rigid meaning that varisty people don't seem to talk to JV people (If you like rigid, go play for Garden Grove)  Mainly, the best thing we could use to improve the team in skill and friendliness, is to go to tournaments and hang out afterwards.  Attitudes from teammates about playing badminton would also improve making people try harder and thus win league.  Also since tennis requires a 6th period to practice tennis, maybe badminton could use the extra hour.

Goals:  I knew varsity will win league this year. Varsity team is like a family which seems great since we all are friends outside of the practices and games.  If we all practice more, we can even get to semifinals in CIF.  GO BRAHMAS!!!!

Michelle Tea:

Hobby:  L5R, Eating, Sleeping
              Thoughts:
I think that our team gets along well together.  I know some people are better than others, but I hope by midseason that all of us will be tight.  We need to do a lot of group bonding.  This team has a lot of potential and a lot of drive.  With awesome instruction from our experienced coach, our team is on the road to success.
              Goals:
My team goal is to win league!!! We haven't won it in a while and I think now is the team to dominate.  I also want to get to the quarter finals at least.  My individual goal is to be undefeated in League and make it to quarters in CIF.  My goal for mixed with Matt Cheung is to make it to CIF quarters as well.  These goals are not easy to attain but through determination, hard-working, discipline, and practice, I know that both the team and I can have a winning season.
