When I became a "real" triathlete!  The first year I did six events as part of a series.  My friend Mike is on the left.


On Left:  My first triathlon.
Yes, I am putting on a socks,
which you need for tender feet.
However, at some point, putting vaseline and getting tougher feet helps save a great deal of time in the fourth event, the transition.

When finishing this event, I was really confused... Love to run, but this triathlon was so much fun- could I do both?
