Falsifying

Apparently Hudson City Mayoral Candidate Dick Tracy was told by the Oakdale Recreation Supervisor that Mayor Scalera approached the Supervisor and asked him to deposit a check from the city into the Youth Department Recreation account, and to write a check off that account to City Youth Commissioner Daniel Grandinetti. According to Dick Tracy, the supervisor knew this was �not the usual protocol.� Apparently the purpose of this alleged transaction was to disguise the source of the money Grandinetti was receiving.
