*Complaints against Judge Paul Czajka have been filed with The New York State Attorney General�s Office, Eliot Spitzer, AG, New York State
Commission on Judicial Conduct, and to NYS Chief Judge Judith Kaye, and have been routinely ignored and dismissed without investigation.

Attorney General Eliot Spitzer�s Office is representing Judge Paul Czajka, defendant, in several State and Federal Civil lawsuits, according to one local Columbia County Attorney.

Judge Czajka has presided over one or more cases that Eliot Spitzer�s Office prosecuted.

Mr. Spitzer, with all due respect, if the location of your home in Columbia County, or your relationship with any of the accused, presents a conflict of interest on your part, or prevents your office from effectively investigating these allegations, then please refer these matters to someone who is willing to do a thorough and unbiased investigation.
