mugen IDE by: Ycavan It has the ability to manipulate SFF and AIR files. You can add clsn boxes really easy with this program. It is a beta so it could be there are some bugs in it (so always backup). In the future it will have more options. DOWNLOAD |
| MCM by: Ses This is the best the best SFF tool for mugen so far, it hasn't got the air editor and other thing's yet because this is not the final release. You really have to have this tool if you are making a character. DOWNLOAD |
Mfixer by: Majere This is a great tool to update your character. You just put a line in from what it was before, and an other line for what it should change to. DOWNLOAD |
