Dragonballs from Namek If you have collected all 7 Dragonballs from Earth you can make only one wish. But first say : "Come out Shenlong and grand my wish" and he will appear. After your wish is granted the Dragon will disappear. And the Dragonballs turn into stone for a year. When Dende becomes the new guardian of the Earth you can make 2 wishes and just say : "Come out Porunga and grand my wish" and he will appear.
