The history of The Horrors of My Mind is long and pointless. Basically, this site started off as something to occupy my time, and provide some kind of outlet for my many pointless doodles and cartoons. Over time it has evolved into a place where I put my ocassional and pointless doodles and cartoons. It has changed much.

~ A Brief Biography of Jessica ~

Destined for a life of hardship, world conquest and hallucinatory visions of 16th century pirates, Jesse was born at the very beginning of that fabulous, neon-encased decade of the 1980s. The daughter of two runaway circus performers, her childhood was largely spent sewing scrap pieces of fabric onto the ceiling and walls of her stolen big-tent home and fending off mass pirate attacks every full moon.

At the age of seventeen, chased out of her tent-home by a particularly fierce pirate by the name of “Seven-toed Bill”, she embarked on a perilous journey, searching the continent for the fabled “Gold-Plated Spork”; a magical talisman that gives its bearer the ability to communicate with paper-clips.

Newly established in a large cardboard box, looting distance from her old big-tent home, Jesse is currently obsessed with twist-ties and spends much of her free time traveling the world in search of pirate booty and empty film canisters.
