The Swan Award is named in honor of Coleen and Mike Swan,in recognition of their years of service and dedication in support of Wayland Wrestling. Sponsored by the Wayland Area Wrestling Club(WAWC), the Swan Award consists of this plaque and a fully paid scholarship to a instructional wrestling camp for the recipient. The Swan Award recognizes a Wayland-Cohocton wrestler who best exemplifies the qualities of dedication, hard work, committment, positive attitude and future potential for the sport of wrestling.
