Geoff McIntosh

Geoff McIntosh was a dominating wrestler capable of
pinning opponents at almost any time. Geoff holds the
6th all-time Section 5 record for wins with 179. Geoff
was a 2 time LCAA County Champion and a 2 time
Sectional Champion. He placed 5th at the New York State
Championships in 1997. He also placed 2nd at Supersectionals
in 1996, and 4th in 1995. A career record of 179-30, 86%
winning percentage with 90 pins and 295 takedowns. Geoff
had two 30 win seasons and a 40 win season. He remains in
the top 4 all-time at Wayland for wins, pins and takedowns
in a season and career. Geoff won a Cadet National
Championship in Greco-Roman while at Wayland. He went
on to wrestle at Appalachian State on a wrestling scholarship.
