ON SECOND THOUGHT
The NFL Draft is only a week away, but it can't come and go soon enough.  When mock drafting has become a sport, you know things have gone competely astray from where it should be...
The
NBA playoffs start in just one week and the field is as open as it has ever been.  No team has super-power writen on them and no team is invincible.  Which poses the question of who will make it to the June showdown.  But that might be a while since the playoffs last over a month.  Amazingly enough, that's still shorter than last years post-season which lasted almost two months...If Lebron is the best player in the game, why can't he get the Cavs in the playoffs?...and are the Suns the most criticized number one team in the past 10 years?  They can't catch a break and still win 60+ games...O and by the way, if Shawn Marion is up for Defensive Player of the Year, they must be doing something right.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?
The Marlins (6-6) as of 4/17 are  off to a historic start.  Aside from being up and down, the Marlins have won 5 of their 6 games with complete games.  That means 5 of their first 12 games have been complete games.  Major League Baseball as a whole has 7 total and it is the 3rd fastest span of 5 complete games in 20 years!

The Yankees have grown accustomed to slow starts, but after losing eight of their first 12 and falling into last place in the AL East, is there reason to panic in the Bronx?
