To apply for Site Of The Month you have to compete with some standards cause we don't want some Makin-HTML-Look-Bad site to waste our time (no offence). Your site must be a desent site with a easy navbar and easy to read font. Then you can check the list below if you can become SOTM:

You need at least 50 hits a day. (exceptions made)
You have some content up (like 5-10 pages)
