Android 16-Created by Dr. Gero to kill Goku. #16 does not like fighting, and prefers to like peacefully. He is killed by Cell during the Cell Games. His death sparked Gohan's anger and let Gohan go SSJ2.
Android 17-One of the twin androids, he was created to kill Goku by Dr. Gero, but betrays his creator, and kills him. In the present he is absorbed by Cell, to transform Cell to his second form. In Future Trunks's timeline, he wrecks havoc among the cities, but is eventually killed by Trunks.
Android 18-The other twin android created to kill Goku. She was absorbed by Cell to complete his transformation, but was spit out again when Gohan overpowered Cell. She eventually marries Krillin and has a daughter named Marron.
Babidi-Babidi releases Buu from his prison, but is eventually turned into a cookie and eaten by Buu.
Bardock-Bardock is the father of Goku/Kakarotto. He serves Freeza, but when he finds out Freeza's plan to destroy Planet Vegeta, he steps up, but is easily killed, but dies happy because he sees a vision Goku beating Freeza.
Buu-The ultimate evil in all the worlds, is defeated by Goku with a gigantic Genki Dama.
Cell-Cell was created by Dr. Gero and is made up of the cells of all the Z fighters and some of the earlier villians. He is eventually killed by Gohan with a one handed Kamehameha.
Dabura-Assisstant to Babidi, he is "The Prince of Darkness." Gohan defeats him.
Freeza-Freeza was searching for the Dragonballs on Namek to wish for eternal life, but was defeated by Goku when he went Super Saiyan. He is reconstructed and later defeated by Trunks.
Gohan-Son of Goku and Chi-Chi. During the Cell Saga, Gohan becomes the most powerfull character, and remains fairly powerfull throughout the rest of the series.
Gogeta-The fusion of Goku and Vegeta created in order to fight Janemba.
Goku-Son of Bardock, Goku is one of the last two remaining Saiyans. Goku is the first to go Super Saiyan and defeats many of the major villians. He has two sons with Chi-Chi, Gohan and Goten.
Goten-Second son of Goku, best friends with Trunks. In the Buu saga he fuses with Trunks to create Gotenks.
Gotenks-The fusion of Goten and Trunks. Is formed to fight Buu.
Kaiosama(King Kai-Kaiosama lives on a small planetoid and trains Goku on how to do Kaioken and Genki Dama(Spirit Bomb).
Kamesenin(Master Roshi)-Trains Goku and Krillin while they were children. He created the famous Kamehameha.
Vegeta-Son of King Vegeta and prince of all Saiyans. His pride allways gets in the way of clear thinking. He never admits that Goku is better than him until the end of the series.
Yamcha-The desert bandit. Goku originall met him while passing through his desert. Goku and him both get disqualified while fighting each other in the martial arts tournament. Yamcha helps fight the Saiyans, but is killed, then trains with Kaiosama.
