| This is from a painting by Bill O'Shea and is called "Boundary Rider". I immediately thought of our cattle dog Brutus. On the few occasions that Brutus ever came into contact with cattle his basic instinct came to the fore. He would have been a wonderful working dog but we live on a normal surburban block of land so he never had the opportunity. I would have to say cattle dogs are amongst the toughest of breeds. Brutus is with his collie friends at the Rainbow Bridge. |
