This Webring was formed on March 2, 2000 for the sole purpose of linking together fans of Ricky Rudd's Web Pages. The qualifications for joining this ring are plain and simple. You must have a Ricky Rudd web page, (I may make exceptions for Professional NASCAR Websites) all pages in this ring must be approved by me before they will be added to the ring. There will be no driver bashing allowed on any of the fan pages in this ring.
