The Institute for Spiritual Evolution was launched on June 21, 2001 for the purpose of promoting the spiritual growth of its members and those non-members which seek it. We provide seminars, retreats, sojourns, growth-related publications, classes, and a ritual space for our members and associate members.
We celebrate the 8 Sabbats of the Wheel of the Year. Six of these Sabbats are public, and all are encouraged to attend. Beltain and Samhain are reserved only for those who have elected to enter training in the ISE under the Student-teacher system, and may attend with approval from their teacher (Sponsor).
For those following a shamanistic pathway, we have both a general sweat lodge and a woman's sweat lodge for use in ISE-related rituals. Those wishing to use the sweat lodge(s) for either a sweat or vision quest may do so with permission from one of the Elders. You must, however, have a liability release form on file with the ISE Secretary before you may attend a sweat. Also, minors must have a signed Parental consent form on file as well.
Our meetings take place at 5482 Rabun Road, Navasota, TX (map). We also meet often at our local Bryan/College Station office (map). We also have ritual space on the land of one of our members that allows us the privacy to celebrate our beliefs, and further our own and others' personal growth and spritual enlightenment. To inquire about our ritual space, simply email the ISE Secretary.
