| Please take the time to read the TERMS OF USE thoroughly - Thank you. The Terms of use that are below are based on the Berne Convention that covers "Copyright" for ALL Artists. TERMS OF USE For Day Dream Country |
| 1) NO ALTERATIONS: You may NOT make awards, banners, logos, stationary, clip art or anything else with my graphics. They are to be used as is. This also means no resizing, adding text etc., If you wish me to make a specific graphic please contact me. Depending on the detail etc., there may be a small charge EMAIL 2) NO RIGHT CLICK: Must be placed on ALL pages that contain my graphics as well as IE6 disabled - both codes can be found at Bravenet. 3) CREDIT: Credit MUST be placed on every page that you use my graphics, a link page will not surfice. Logos will be provided with certain graphics, a text link is also acceptable. Credit on the same Page - please. 4) NO COLLECTIONS: Please do NOT place these in any collections, on CD's or disks, nor make them into tubes, or patterns. If you have purchased a graphic, you may NOT resell. You may however, place an adoption on site for adoption from your site (if stated on the adoption page) 5) NO DIRECT LINKING : Please do NOT direct link, as this is bandwith stealing. To "Save" a graphic right click and "SAVE AS" to your hard drive then upload to your site. So not to get artists confused and lose track of graphics, I recommend that you have folders with site or artist name on them (I do) it saves so much time and frustration. 6) FAMILY FRIENDLY : Sites that use my graphics must be family/child friendly, containing no profanities, racism or hatred etc., of any kind. 7) If you have any questions pertaining to the use of my graphics please EMAIL me.
