Rules of This Site

No treating other people on this site or in the forum in a disrespectful manner. This means no name-calling, no swearing, no threatening and certainly no stalking or making them feel uncomfortable. These things are taken very seriously and will be enforced in the neccessary manner. We want this site to be a fun and safe place for others to hang out, relax and have fun.
No stealing, "borrowing", or claiming any of the works posted or linked on this site as your own. A lot of hard work has been put into all of what's on here, as well as others work. It's not only illegal to take someone else's work and claim it as your own, but it's also wrong and hurts others. It isn't fair for someone to profit off of another's hard work and legal action will be taken if necessary (not on my part...on the parties involved...).
No hot-linking of any kind is permitted. If I see anything on other sites going on that is questionable, I know how and will prevent you from doing so if I really have to.
No using anything on here without permission of the site master or the person who's writing/artwork you want to use. This goes hand-in-hand with Rule 2, so refer to it if you have other questions.
If there is any abuse of any priviledges or rights on this site, then appropriate actions will be put in place. If you abuse, try to take away, or hurt other's rights, feelings or comfort, then you will be removed from the site's forum and the site as well.
Any rules or regulations not posted on here are reserved to the site master and the parties involved. They are subject to change or have other things added to them. This means that just because it isn't posted on here doesn't mean that it isn't a rule or regulation. If I feel more needs to be added or another rule needs to be put on the list due to abuse of priviledges or rights being taken away or over-excessive ignorance is used, then it will become part of the rules section.
Keep in mind that there will be more then teen-agers or adults on this site. There is also the possibility of younger kids coming by and viewing this site, so please keep this site as clean and appropriate as possible so that it's safe and fair for them.
No posting illegal downloads or links to sites or other places containing illegal downloads. If this happens, then you will be warned. After your warnings have been worn out, then you will be removed from the forum. Please report any abuse of this rule to the site master (you can contact them through the Contact Me Section) and appropriate action will be taken place.

This is meant to be a place to be enjoyed by all, so please no abusing any of the site's rules and let's try to make this as enjoyable of a place as possible. If you feel that you are being mistreated or your concerns about this site are not being addressed fully, please go to the Contact Me section and click on the "Contact Me Directly" link to write directly to the site master. Please no sending them spam or inappropriate material. If this is abused, their e-mail will be removed from this site and you will have to rely on just the guestbook as well as the rules associated with the guestbook.

Guestbook Rules:

No posting any material inappropriate for ALL viewers. Keep in mind that children 13 or younger might be viewing it, so keep it appropriate for them. Any abuse of this will result in your post being removed permanently from the guestbook.
No spam or inappropriate entries posted in the guestbook. This means no writing in it just to advertise your site or to insult the site, other sites, or those on this site. Abuse of this priviledge will result in your comment being removed from the guestbook.
Any abuse towards the guestbook or those associated with or that have posted in the guestbook will not be tolerated. If you are found abusing the guestbook, you will be warned. If you keep abusing it excessively, it might result in the loss of the guestbook. Please be fair to others as well as those who have put forth hard-work on this site.
No hot-linking,copying or stealing any information posted in the guest book. This means no using any information that's personal beyond what's listed in the guestbook. If you add any extra information that goes beyond what's listed in the guestbook and someone does abuse it and steals your information, then this site is not responsible for what happens. They have been warned and that is all we can do, regardless of personal feelings, wants or beliefs.
Any information not posted in these rules is still enforced. This means that just because a rule/regulation isn't posted on here doesn't mean that it isn't part of them. Any information not listed in here is also subject to change. That means that anything left out or added to is still a part of the rules and may/may not be added to at a later date.

Now that that stuff's overwith, it's time to move on to the other stuff. If you would like to use some of the writing or artwork I have posted on this site, then please read the following terms of use and conditions.

Terms of Use and Conditions:

If you want to use one of the pieces of work or writing, you must go to the forum and post in the Requests section what you want to use and why as well as a bit of what you're planning on doing with it. If you need to contact another party/person as well in order to use something, then their contact information will be given to you in the reply to your request. This is to help ensure that you are not going to claim the work as your own or use it in an unfitting manner.
You must give full-credit to me or the person's work that you are wanting to use. This goes in-hand with copywrite laws and gives credit to the hard work put forth in what's been posted on here.
Anything not said in here is reserved to the site master and anything posted here is subject to change. This means that if something's been left-out, it is still enforced, and anything that's added later on is still part of the terms and conditions.

As with most sites, you can be sponsered on them or have a banner/link to your webpage. This site allows that kind of thing if you follow the Sites Sponser Rules posted below.

Sponser Rules:

You site's work must be completely original. This means that there must be nothing on it that is/resembles hot-linking or using others' work without permission. If later on you add information that breaks this rule your site will be removed until you comply with the rules. Continual abuse of this will result in warnings and/or removal from this site permanently. Stealing others' work is NOT tolerated on this site in any way.
Your site must not have any illegal or abusive material on it in any way. This means no promoting anything of an inappropriate manner (such as pornography, excessive swearing, threatening or planning illegal activities, posting illegal material such as illegal downloads, sponsering of illegal material or downloads, or abusing others in any way). Any questionable material won't be linked/posted unless it is changed to a more suiting manner.
No advertising anything disrespectful to this site or to another site somewhere out on the web. This means that if you are speaking low about another site (as in swearing or threatening them or planning ways to hurt them or their site) or promoting another site that's speaking low about another site, then you will not be linked/posted/promoted on this site unless you change it. If you change it back to the way it was after you are added to this site, or you break any of the other rules after you have been added to this site, then you will be removed and receive 3 (amount reserved to the rights of the site-master) warnings. Excessive abuse will result in removal from this site after it has been reported to the site master.

Visit the forums for a cool place to chat with other writers or to hang out and meet new people. A bit's still under the works, but it's pretty much up and running for now... Once again, please excuse the messyness of this site. I'm still working on getting everything set up.
