Impressed at Turquoise Weyr
Z'low and Bronze Kranith
The blue dragon is very protective of his rider!
It looks as if they are struggling with the blocks. Should I help?
"No, Kranith, just sit for a while. They're the builders, not us."
The dragon seemed disappointed slightly, but more annoyed. Get that block up on that side! You're going to do it all wrong! He bellowed mentally, which didn't really help the dragons nor their riders.
Z'low rolled his eyes and tried to look like his dragon wasn't his.
But I am yours! Always! The enthusiastic bronze attempted to nuzzle his rider, and succeeded in squishing him against the weyr wall.
Laughing at that sight, Z'lar strode up to the pair and handed his winded brother a kabob of wherry and cheese. "The beast strikes again. Everyone heard him, you know. They'll be crawling out of the tunnels to chase you for that."
"I know," Z'low wheezed, "I know... Kranith just doesn't quite know when to shut up. Like some other people I know..."
He elbowed Z'lar and Hatith bellowed.
He is very talkative I know... But I love only him. You I am not so sure about. The blue's eyes whirled a set of angry but jokingly slow reds.
Together they watched the construction at Alabaster, one of their stopovers, before heading west to Blackstone Weyr, where they were to head up a new fighting Wing.
