Hello, my name is Dawndi Brubaker and I am from a very small town in southern Colorado. I have a husband, two children, and six mini dachsies.
The whole "dachsie obsession" begun when my aunt bought a little red female. Soon after, my parents bought a red male and then a black and tan female. These animals think that they are human! They love to sit on your lap and keep you company and even sleep in your bed with you at night!
After getting to know these wonderful creatures and seeing what good and loving companions they are, I couldn't resist getting one of my very own when my Mom's female had a litter of pups. Thus begun my "Dachsie Adventure." |
