This page contains
some schedules I have designed in Excel for my own training programs.
They have been taken from other sources and modified to suit my personal
needs. I share them here but use at your own risk. As with any advice
on running here or at other sites, one should always use their own best
judgement as to what is suitable for them personally. If you are not in
the best of health or have not exercised regularily for sometime, it may
be wise to consult with a doctor before proceeding with any training program.
Aside from all that running can be a fun and enjoyable way to stay healthy
and escape stress, etc.

I ran a half marathon for the first time in Oct 2002. This was the
plan I used to train for it. I completed the run in 2:45:18 (Heh,
I never said I was fast...LOL) |

so here's my training plan. One tab is the plan, another tab list
my actual training. |
My Marathon Plan 2003
|
| It's official, I have registered for the Stampede Marathon on July 6th. So now that I am committed or perhaps should be I have revamped my training plans somewhat. New spreadsheet posted. And heh remember these are the plans I have set up for me, they may or may not work for you.
