This page contains some schedules I have designed in Excel for my own training programs. They have been taken from other sources and modified to suit my personal needs. I share them here but use at your own risk. As with any advice on running here or at other sites, one should always use their own best judgement as to what is suitable for them personally. If you are not in the best of health or have not exercised regularily for sometime, it may be wise to consult with a doctor before proceeding with any training program. Aside from all that running can be a fun and enjoyable way to stay healthy and escape stress, etc.
