| Trip Notification Forms: You need to fill one out EVERY time you meet someplace other than your regular meeting place, and everytime you meet other than your regular meeting time. So if you meet at your meeting place but not at your regular meeting time, you need to fill out a form. If you meet at your regular meeting time, but not at your regular meeting place, you need to fill out a form. Forms need to be to Linda (not Alicia) before you leave. OVERNIGHTS need to be to Linda At least One Week before the trip. You can drop them off at 239 Diablo or email them in a .doc or .rtf format to [email protected] Form for Davis Trips Form for Non Davis Trips Download both forms and save to your computer. Enter your troop number, girl level and Leader info on each form and save as named. When you need one, open it up, hit the 'save as' button, rename it with Troop # Event, enter info for the event, save it and then send to Linda. If you do a 'save as' on the appropriate blank form for every trip/event, you will never have to worry about cut and paste errors :) |
