What is Rushing?
Rush or Rushing is a period of time where a normal person can go out and check out any of the Greek organizations. No strings attached. Show up...get free food/stuff and no more obligations. Now if you like what you see...keep on coming to the events of that organization.
Now some people might associate Rushing with Pledging....but they are not the same thing. Pledging comes when you decide to pledge yourself to that organization when they offer the oppurtunity to you. And all this comes after the Rushing period is over.
