Spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any business for any reason. Please include 2 product photos and 1 booth photo if available. We reserve the right to have you remove from your booth any item deemed unacceptable by the staff of the Small Business Expo. Consumption of alcohol or use of non-prescription drugs by exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Sale of drug paraphernalia is prohibited. Any vendor not complying with this or any other Business Expo. rules may be dismissed from the event. Your area must be kept clean and free of any safety hazards. | Small Business Expo. June 19-20 - North Bend Community Center Hello fellow business people! KEEP THIS SHEET You are invited to be a vendor at the �1st Annual Small Business Expo�. The show will take place at the North Bend community Center, on the weekend of June 19-20. There will be 35 to 40 booths featuring local businesses. The festival is planned to be a family-friendly event where customers can find products and services and have an all around good time finding out about your business. We will have soft, quiet music, with no bands or amplified instruments. Dates / Times: Saturday, June 19th - Noon � 6 PM Sunday, June 20th - 10 AM � 5 PM Location: North Bend Community Center Your Display: Businesses are encouraged to make their booth display look as professional as possible. Table covering that reach the floor are required for any exposed sides. We encourage the general use of banners, business signage, brochures and business literature. Let them know what you have to offer! Auction: There will be an auction during the 2:00 PM hour. Exhibitors are invited to auction one of their products or services each day to the highest bidder. Auctioneer will retain 30% of the auctioned price. (Participation in the auction is not mandatory.) Drawings: Businesses are encouraged to have drawings for their products and services. Any drawing must be �free� and not include the sale of a ticket or chance to win, unless the business is an officially registered �not-for-profit� business. (Drawings get you contacts.) Set Up / Breakdown: Setup: Saturday, June 19th from 7 AM � Noon Break down: will begin after 5 PM on Sunday evening. Breaking down early is prohibited and will result in not being invited back to the show. Paid Advertising: Radio Ads - we will have radio ads on multiple stations in Coos County Newspaper Ads - we will advertise in the World Newspaper Posters - there will be posters posted throughout the county Roadside Banners - there will be roadside banners throughout the Bay Area Promoter: David Willhite, owner and full time potter of Mossy Rock Pottery, is organizing and promoting the event, as well as the Winter Art & Chocolate Festival in Brookings. This show was established to help small businesses in Coos County succeed. There will be something for everyone at this fun family-friendly event.
