Descriptive Statistics
Descriptive Statistics are utilized to describe the data that has been collected.  These descriptions include the frequency of responses, number of responses, arithmetic mean, median and mode or the data set.

The frequency of response is the number of times that an individual response was repeated within the data set.

The number of responses is the total number of participants within the date set.

The arithmetic mean of the response is its average.

The median is the middle response, which half of the scores are below - not the average response.

The mode is most frequent score in the distribution.

The following data output is an example of descriptive statistics.
