| Futures Syllabus Note This syllabus is a hybrid creature. The first three weeks were set ahead of time by me; but the rest of the syllabus was left blank. From week 4 onwards, the syllabus was put together by the instructor and students together. The completed syllabus on the two pages following weeks 1-3 is a product of this collaboration, and this record of our readings was produced by Ju Young Lee. At the end of the syllabus proper is a list of readings I had assembled at the beginning of the semester to guide choices, but what we ended up reading does not bear much resemblance to that list.
