Jesse Robinson's wife had to settle his estate by auction at the order of the county sheriff, to settle the outstanding debts. There also was a simple will leaving all to his wife, including a milk cow and a weavingloom. Several Robinson's and Bolin's attended the auction. Bill of Sale of the estate of Jesse Robinson- The State of Ohio-Athens county I, Sarah Robinson, administrator of the estate of Jesse Robinson deceased, make solemn oath that this writing inventory of said estate is as all reflects just and true and contained a true statement of the estate and property of deceased which has come to the knowledge of affiant being assets, and particularly all money hand bills or other circulating medium and just claims against affiant to the best of herknowledge.
