| I had the pleasure of heading north to Hokkaido for a ski holiday. In Sapporo, there is Yukimatsuri (The Snow Festival.) All the structures are made of solid ice with dozens of countries participating (e.g., below is a replica of the Trevi Fountain which was created by Italy.) All sculptures are illuminated. The colours change as the music accompaniment does. Pretty cool! |
