Lim Chin Tsong palace photos - pg 2
More exterior photos.
The balcony on the second floor. One was able get a clear view the Rangoon River and downtown core when it was first built. It's a bit overgrown with vegetation now, but still catch a glimse of the river and part of the city.
Below the window and one of the peak roof on the second storey balcony on your left, depics two Chinese symbols on a plaque in green meaning "Chin Tsong".
A closer look at the wall tile pictures
Original and still colorful tile work on the balcony wall. Depicts a pair of Phoenixs and Oriental flowers. Even the tiles on the floor has a hint of pink, possibly a lot more hue/color before  being faded through time.
The red double doors beacons one to enter within the palace. I could not get a decent photo at that time as there were uniformed Burmese soldiers of higher ranks in discussion. The steps are made of Italian white marble that was imported in on one of Lim Chin Tsong's ships.
