Two Psi Cops come to B5 in search of a rogue telepath, who turns out to be Talia's old Psi Corps instructor. Catherine wants to survey a promising planet for possible mining operations, but G'Kar warns her to stay away - with very good reason.

A violent attack on a Minbari poet sends shockwaves through B5 and leaves Sinclair scrambling to flush out a vicious pro-Earth group. Two star-crossed young Centauri lovers seek Londo's protection and Ivanova meets a man from her past.

Sinclair is kidnapped and interrogated by members of a pro-Earth group who are determined to find out what transpired when the commander was briefly missing in action during the final battle of the Earth/Minbari war. We also learn that there may be more to Delenn than she has revealed.

A war criminal is found on Babylon 5, and when Sinclair is forced to protect her on orders from Earth Gov, the station becomes a hotbed of galactic controversy. Ambassador Kosh hires Talia Winters to oversee a very unusual negotiation. Be suspicious of those who drink "Jovian Sunspots".
