A few weeks later he nicked his brothers Fireball album and the rest is history. I gave Led Zep the flick and Purple are still my fave band although Dream Theater are creeping up there. Favorite Deep Purple Lineup: Mark 2 but love Mark 3 & $ as well. Throw in the Steve Morse era too. Favorite Deep Purple Musician: Ian Gillan forever but Lord and Paice are close.
