Chapter One: Prom Trouble Sam pushed her hair behind her ears. Clover was almost asleep, and Alex had her eyes half- closed. It had been at least a month since the spies were needed at WHOOP, so, needless to say, those 28 days had been the most boring of the spy’s lives. “I can’t believe it. We’ve hit rock bottom.” Mumbled Clover. “2 days till the prom, and no ones even approached us!” Said Alex, rolling over onto her back. “I know. I wish Jerry would WHOOP us, and suddenly tell us he needed us to save the world,” Sighed Sam, closing her notebook. David walked by, smiling. Mandy was clinging to his arm. “So, David, how would YOU like the honor of being MY prom date?” Asked Mandy, doing her horrible laugh. “That’s sweet, Mandy, but I’m taking somebody already.” He said. “W-what?” Asked Mandy, separating herself from him. “You reject ME? David…” “I’m sorry,” Were his last words to Mandy before she burst into tears and he walked away. “Ouch. Wicked harsh.” Said Sam. “I could CARE LESS. Mandy deserves that!” Said Clover. Alex just laughed. Sam got up. “Say what you will, girls, but I’m gonna go see if Mandy’s okay,” “WHAT?!” Exclaimed Sam and Alex in unison. “But… But… We hate Mandy!” “True, very true. But, hey, no ones that heartless!” She said, beginning to walk away. Alex’s lip twitched. “WAIT UP! CLOVER AND I ARE COMING TOO!” “We are? AAH!” As Alex dragged Clover, Sam tried to locate Mandy. “No good, girls.” Said Sam, after five minutes of searching. It was then she spotted David with a girl. She had brown hair, blue eyes, a skinny figure… AND AN OFFICIAL WHOOP BRCELET!
Chapter Two: Love and SICK Clover was steaming. If anything, what she would like to do was strangle this girl. "Hey! Guys! Look at her wrist!" Exclaimed Alex. "I know," Said Sam, crouching down into the bushes. "It says 'WHOOP--World Organization of Human Protection'. Wow, you'd think she wouldn't wear it in public," Scoffed Clover. "Yeah." Commented Alex. The girl seemed to look straight at them. All three of them ducked. "David, is someone watching us?" She asked, looking around once more. "Jenna, don't be silly," He said, taking her hand. "But-But-I've just got this feeling." She said. Her eyes darted to the bushes where they hid. "Lets get out of here. Its not polite to spy." Said Sam, darting away from the bushes as fast as she could. "But--" "COME ON!" Said Alex, pulling Clover away. Mandy was sobbing near the fountain. "Mandy?" Her two little clones came up to her. "Go-away," She sobbed. "Ok..." Meanwhile, back at the path where Sam, Clover and Alex were walking... "Looks like Mandy's not accepting company," Said Clover, looking at her. "Yeah." Commented Alex. Sam seemed to notice that Clover was steaming. "Okay, whats up?" "HOW DARE THAT LITTLE BROWN-HAIRED, BLUE-EYED WORM STEAL DAVID FROM ME!" She shouted. "Steal? Huh? Are you talking about me?" All three spun around to see the girl standing there. Suddenly, the near-by trees owl-hole opened up extra wide. It sucked all four in, and the only thing that Clover said was "Ahhhhhh!"
Chapter Three: Meet Jenna Alex, Sam, Clover, and the girl screamed at the top of their lungs. An 'O' shaped door opened, to reveal Jerry, standing in front of them. He was eating an apple, chewing noisily. "Jerry? Is it you?" All three girls ran up to hug him. "Um, girls, this is very flattering, but--" "So, Jerry, where are we going this time?" Asked Clover. "Saudi Arabia? NYC? Australia?" Guessed Alex. "None." Said Jerry. "Just wanted you to meet my new agent, Jenna. She is now a part of your spy-threesome." "Hi," Said Jenna shyly. "Thats IT?" Asked Sam, breaking away from him. "I don't believe it! How can you--" "Calm down, Clover. She has been trained and is ready to assist." Said Jerry. Clover sighed. "Whatever," "Well, girls, it was nice seeing you again. Ta-ta." "What do you meEEEEEEEAN!" Shrieked Jenna, but a giant hole in the ceiling had already sucked them into it. "Haha... I think I'll never get tired of that one." Laughed Jerry. ***** At lunch, every girl was silent. Jenna was first to speak. "Um, okay. Well, hi, I'm Jenna." She said, holding out her hand. Sam and Alex shook it. Clover was giving Jenna the silent treatment. David walked over. "Hey, Jen." He quickly pecked her on the cheek and walked away. Jenna sighed. "He is so... wonderful." If Clover wasn't angry before, she sure as heck was now. "I used to like him, but I decided, if he chooses other girls over me, forget him," Said Sam, eating a spoonful of her yogurt. "Me too," Said Alex, trying to discover how to eat her meatloaf. It was as hard as rock. "Have YOU been asked to the prom? David asked me," Said Jenna, staring at her cotton-ball mashed potatoes. "Nah," Said Alex. "Um, girls, I didn't want to tell you this... But Don, y'now, from our math class, well, he kinda asked me." Said Sam, blushing. Clover and Alex gaped. "Well, I haven't been asked yet, but I have faith," Said Alex, chipping at her meatloaf. Clover said nothing. "Hey, I gotta go. I promised to meet David," Said Jenna, throwing away her entire caferateria lunch. As soon as she left, Clover started. "I CAN'T BELIEVE HER! DAVID IS MY MAN!" She yelled. The whole caferateria turned to look at her. "Hehe. Um, whoops?"
Chapter Four: Test of Wits Jenna put down her social studies book. "Yuck. I hate social studies." "I do too," Said Alex, flipping on the TV. Clover said nothing. She was too busy trying to figure out how to win David back. Sam took the remote from Alex and switched it off. "C'mon, guys. We've got a test to study for." Alex, Jenna and Clover all groaned. "Leave it to Sammy to take all the fun out of a nice afternoon at a friends house," Said Alex, sighing heavily. Jenna smiled. They were sitting on a pink couch in her mansion, which, suprisingly, was right next to Sam's. Clover groaned. "Why can't we just do something fun for once?" "Yeah, Sammy, you're no fun." Commented Jenna. "I can't blow off studying," Said Sam firmly. "C'mon, clear those heads. Cause we're filling them up," ***** At school the next day, Clover stared at her test. Eek! This looked hard! Jenna was scribbling away next to her. Ok, so maybe painting her nails while Sam, Alex and Jenna studied wasn't such a good idea. Clover peeked at Jenna's test. No... She wouldn't... She did. Clover scribbled down Jenna's answers and finished the test at the same time Jenna did. Then, having utter confidence that she would pass, she sat back in her chair. Aah, life was good. ***** At lunch, Jenna, Alex and Clover opened their lunch bags. Sam had hers open and was eating her ham sandwich. Alex took out her lettuce, cheese and tomatoe sub. Clover pulled out a container of still-warm soup. And Jenna took out some Mac and Cheese from home. "So, guys, what'd you think of the test?" Asked Alex, gulping down a bite. "It was easy," Said Jenna. "I'm glad I convinced you guys to study. That test wasn't review at all. If you hadn't opened those books, you would've never passed." Said Sam. "The test was cake," Said Clover, taking a sip of her coke. No one answered her. But everyone had one thing on their minds: Clover didn't study, so how did she think it was so easy?
Chapter Five: No Jerry?! Jerry yawned. Another late night at WHOOP. He walked out the doors, locking them as he went. Suddenly, a black ninja figure jumped on him from behind! "Don't make a sound!" Jerry struggled. The figure was about to knock him out... Jerry broke free of the persons grip, sending them flying. The person hit the wall, but using ninja stealth technique, they bounced off and recoiled. Jerry was almost there... The WHOOP intruder alarm was two steps away... The person hit him over the head with a metal rod and blacked him out. ***** Clover was still dealing with the fact she had cheated. "Oh, hey, theres David. Be right back," Said Jenna. It was after school and they were sitting in the courtyard, pondering what to do. "Yo, Clover, what's up? You look like you're going to die or something," Said Alex. "Yeah, what's up?" Asked Sam. "THAT!" Said Clover. By the fountain, for all to see, Jenna was laughing at a joke David had told her. He looked at his watch, said something, and kissed her good-bye. "You're STILL not over him?" Asked Sam, rolling her eyes. "No, I'm not. And I never will beeEEEEEEEE!" Suddenly, the ground opened beneath them. They fell, and fell, and fell... "Jerry better not be calling us to introduce us to another new spy!" Screamed Alex. The O shaped door opened, and there stood... A WHOOP agent? "Where's Jerry?" All three asked. Suddenly, Jenna came flying in behind them. "AHHHHEEEEEAHHHH!" Clover moved two inches away from where she had been sitting, and Jenna hit that area, full force. "Ouch," She complained. "Jenna. Sam. Alex. Clover. WHOOP needs you." Said the agent. "I'm Agent Data, and Jerry mysteriously dissapeared last night." "Oh NO!" Screeched all four girls. "We need YOU to find him." Said Agent Data. "Here is a reply tape of last night." The large video screen Jerry normally used to show them clips of things happening, or people dissapearing now showed Jerry fighting with a black-clothed figure. Jerry was two steps away from the alarm... The person whacked him on the head with a rod, then dragged him away. "Ouch. I felt that," Said Sam. Jenna stared at the screen. Her eyes filled with tears. "Da- Jerry," "Yes. WHOOP has every reason that Jerry is being held captive by an evil agency." Said Agent Data. "We'll find him, sir!" Said Clover. "Good. Now, for you're gadgets, we have: Jet-pack backpacks, Laser Lip Balm, All Extender Titanium Extendo rod, Holographic Image Rings, Just Sticky Enough Gloves, And, last, but not least, TAS." "Is that a new gadget?" Asked Jenna. "Yes. It stands for Take Anywhere Satellite. This little thing--" He held up a satellite the size of a pencil "--Can track ANYTHING. Just hook it up to your compowder and it can track any frequency, signal or person." "We're coming for you, Jerry," Said Alex. "Well then, Cheerio." Said Agent Data. Nothing happened. "Aren't you going to terrify us by sending us through the floor?" Asked Sam. "Heavens, no. Use the door." And, reluctantly, and surprised, the spies headed through the door.
Chapter Six: A Slippery Surprise Jenna seemed extra tense as they tracked the signal of Jerry's wallet around Mount. Everest. Sam was keeping an eye on the little satellite. "Okay, thats it! We've searched for hours. Not a Jerry in SIGHT!" Screamed Clover. "Sssh! Voice down, Clover! You could start a--" But Sam never got to finish. A rumbling came from above. "Too late!" Shouted Jenna. "RUN! AVALANCE!" Shrieked Alex. Alex and Sam started down the mountainside carefully, using the Jet-Pack backpacks. Jenna started hers up. But Clover slipped on the ice. "Wha--WHOAAAA!" Jenna watched as she clung onto the mountain for dear life. Sam and Alex were quickly flying to the bottom, but the jet-pack backpack's engines were freezing quicker than they could fly. Jenna's backpack began to sputter. She could make it to the bottom... Clovers backpack fell, slipping off her shoulders. "HANG ON, CLOVER!" Shouted Jenna. She quickly manuvered around to save Clover. Jenna flew as fast as she could. It was only a matter of time before the extreme cold got to her engine completely! "Help me!" Screamed Clover. The snow was two feet away from her head. Jenna snatched her up and flew away from the snow. "I gotcha!" Clover stared. Had Jenna, The girl she had shunned for the past three days, just saved her life? Suddenly, Jenna's backpack stopped running. "HANG ON!" Shrieked Jenna. "AAAAEEAAAAAH!" Were the girls last words before they were thrown into the snow. ***** Sam shook her head. Her jet-pack backpack had frozen twenty feet off the ground, so she had braced herself and taken a harsh landing. Alex had it worse. Her backpack had failed at thirty feet, giving even harder impact. "Hey... Where's Jenna? And Clover?" Sam asked herself. Alex was stirring. "S-s-Sam?" She asked groggily. "Yeah?" "I think I broke my leg," Said Alex, smiling feebily. "Really? Let me take a look," Said Sam, leaning over. "Sam?" "Yes?" "I have to tell you something." "You can tell me anything, Alex." "I got asked to the prom by Gary Spade." "Really?" Asked Sam, trying to get Alex up. "Yeah..." "C'mon, Alex, let's get back to WHOOP." And, as if they knew what was happening, a WHOOP jet arrived on the spot. ***** Clover woke up on a ledge of the mountain, covered in snow. Jenna lay next to her, sprawled out. "Jenna?" No reply. "Oh, god, Jenna, PLEASE DON'T BE DEAD!" She said, tears filling her eyes. "You can have David..." But no words came out of Jenna's mouth. "JENNA!" Screamed Clover, letting her words echo all over the valley.
Chapter Seven: The Sacrafice Clover sobbed into her hands. Jenna still was lying next to her. "Okay, okay. Calm down. Remember health class." Clover gently reached over for Jenna's wrist to check her pulse. It was beating, but barely. "Hang on, Jenna." Said Clover, picking her up. Surprisingly, Jenna was very light. Clover looked down to see if Sam and Alex were okay, but they were gone. She spotted her backpack dangling off a branch. "My compowder!" She exclaimed. "Wait... How do I get down there?" Jenna's backpack was empty, the snow had taken everything out of it. "Why me?" Groaned Clover. She looked around. All she saw was trees and more trees. "Oh no. It can't be the only way," She said in horror. "It is. DARN IT!" Clover swiftly climbed onto the nearest branch, clinging onto it for dear life. It was a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG way down. The next branch was about five feet below her. She studied her foot and reached. Surprisingly, she made it. "Okay... Only about 98 more branches to go." ***** Alex was lying on a cot in WHOOP headquarters, relaxing. Sam was sleeping peacefully next to her. Apparently, WHOOP couldn't risk people finding out how they got the injuries, so WHOOP installed a hospital wing. Well, it turned out Alex HAD broken her leg and Sam had gotten a fine elbow displacement. But it was nothing compared to the injuries other spies had gotten. Sam woke up from a long sleep to the noise of WHOOP nurses rushing around. "JENNA! CLOVER!" She shouted, sitting straight upright. "Geez, Sammy, take it easy." Said Alex, who had been drinking punch and reading a Teen Vogue magizine. Alex's leg was in a cast and Sammys elbow was in a sling, which would hopefully put it back in place. "But... Alex... Where are they?" Said Sam, her face growing pale. "I don't know... But WHOOP will find them." Said Alex. "I guess your right." Said Sam. "I am right." ***** Clover reached for her backpack. She grabbed a loose strand of thread on the seam and pulled it up. "Compowder... Compowder... Compowder... Compowder!" She pulled out her mini-make-up communicator. "Can you hear me? Hello? We need help!" There was no answer. Jerry's office was deserted. "Oh, geez." She said. She grabbed her backpack. Scaling the mountain going upward wasn't any easier than going downward. When Clover finally reached the ledge, she set Jenna down on the snow and opened her compowder. "Dial?" Asked the compowder. "Sam," Said Clover. "Now dialing: Sam," It said. ***** Back at the hospital, Sams compowder rang. She groggily picked it up. "H-hello?" "Sam! Help me!" It was Clover. Her hair had pieces of bark in it and her cheeks were very red. Jenna's body lay behind her. "Clover! Oh my god!" Exclaimed Sam. Alex woke up to Sam yelling. She saw Clover's face on the compowder. "Clover!" "Yeah, its me! Hurry! I think Jenna's dying!" Shouted Clover. "Oh my god! NURSE!" Shouted Alex. A free-handed nurse ran over. Alex whispered in her ear. "Oh, my. I'll tell them to send a jet!" Said the nurse, rushing away. ***** Clover sat in the snow holding Jenna. She was sure these were Jenna's last minutes unless the jet came. Jenna's eyes slowly opened. "C-c-c-Clover?" "JENNA! YOUR ALIVE!" Screamed Clover, hugging her. "Y-y-yes. Just barely. But I have a confession to make." She said softly. "What?" "Jerry is my dad, Clover. Jerry is my father."
Chapter Eight: Where's a miracle when you need one? Clover clutched Jenna tighter than ever before. She was afraid of losing her. "I-I-I didn't k-know h-how to t-tell you." She whispered, her eyes closing. "Jerry... Is... Your dad?" Asked Clover. "Y-yes." Said Jenna. "Well, Jenna, don't worry, that jet will be here soon." Said Clover. "N-not soon e-enough." Said Jenna. "I-I'm d-dying, C-c-Clover..." "No. No you aren't! We'll save you!" Shouted Clover. "T-tell dad I-I l-love h-him..." "No... Jenna..." "G-g-g-good-b-bye..." "Jenna? Jenna? JENNA?" Clover shook her body. But no movement came. "NO! JENNA!" Screamed Clover. ***** Sam sat in the hospital wing of WHOOP, her eyes wide open. How could she sleep when Jenna's life was on the line? Her compowder rang. "Hello?" She said, opening the top. "Sam... Jenna..." "What?" "Jenna's dead..." Said Clover, tears running down her face. "WHAT?!" Shouted Sam. Alex woke with a start. "WHO?! WHAT?! Oh. Hi Clover." Sam was crying. "Sammy?" Asked Alex. "Jenna's... Gone." "What do... Oh my god, you mean it? She's dead?" Asked Alex. "Yeah, and GET THIS, Jerry is her dad." Said Clover. "Really? Wow," Said Sam. "I wonder how David'll take it..." Said Alex. "OH MY GOD! DAVID!" Exclaimed Clover. "He'll probabally be crying for days," Said Sam. "Hey! Theres the jet!" Screamed Clover. Sure enough, a chopper lowered onto the ledge. "Bye, girls. I gotta go. Clover out." ***** Clover stared out the window of the chopper. Jenna's lifeless body was beside her. "Why Jenna?... She gave her life to save me... She could've made it to the bottom..." Said Clover, tears pouring into her eyes. When the chopper landed at WHOOP headquarters, Clover was greeted by a crying Sam and Alex. "Group hug, girls." Said Alex, sniffling. They all pulled together. One of the WHOOP agents carried Jenna's body, which was still in her orange spy suit, out of the plane. Clover sobbed into Sams shoulder. "I thought you hated Jenna." Said Sam, taking a deep breath. "I did. Until she did this: When we were falling through the air, she pushed herself in front of me so she would break my fall... And thats why she's dead." Explained Clover, crying even harder. "C'mon, girls, lets go home." ***** The next day at Beverly Hills High was very grim. Clover didn't yell at Mandy when she said her shirt looked like a racoon skin, Sam didn't take any notes, and Alex wasn't eating at all. In social studies, Clover was given back her test. She had gotten a 100%. So had Jenna. They were sitting in Algebra, trying to do a tough eqausion, when suddenly, the speakers burst to life. "Ahem. Attention Students... I have been informed that Miss Jenna Hawking died overnight. No one knows how, but she did. Let us all bow our heads and pray for Miss Jenna." And Clover bowed her head. So did Sam, Alex, David, even Mandy. And they all prayed harder than ever.
Chapter Nine: Prom Night David sat on the bleachers while everyone danced. He watched Sam dance with Don, Alex with Gary and Clover with her last minute date, Jeff. He sighed. This would've been Jenna's night with him. He could almost FEEL her pulling him onto the dance floor. "C'mon David!" She would say. But she wasn't here. She wasn't at all. ***** "I cannot BELIEVE Alex and Gary won prom queen and king!" Said Clover excitedly. "Yeah, she's probably bouncing off the walls with excitement!" Said Sam, laughing. But as Alex emerged, she didn't look excited. She looked sad. "Alex, whats up?" Asked Clover. "Yeah, why the long face? You just won a great honor!" Said Sam. "Jenna and David were nominated." She said, sighing. Sam suddenly frowned. David was walking away. "C'mon, lets go cheer him up." Said Clover. They followed David to a well-lit grave-yard. There stood Jenna's grave. It read: ~*~Jenna Hawking~*~ She was an honor to know She was willing to go But no one lasts forever No one will forget her Born: January 7th, 1986 Died: April 11th, 2004 ~*~Rest in Peace~*~ Clover was about to cry. "Why did she have to die for me?" "Because, she wanted to save you." Said Sam. All three girls leaned in together. "We'll never forget Jenna," Said Alex. "Our comrade." Said Sam. "Friend." Pointed out Clover. "Aid." Added Alex. "Companion." Whispered Sam. "Fellow Spy." Threw in Clover. "Jerry's daughter." They all said together. They could almost feel Jenna walking up to them at lunch, saying "What's up?" Or they could almost sense her telling them the answer to that math problem no one gets. And they could never forget her smile. Clover cried first. A few tears rolled down Alex's face, and Sam's eyes filled up. ***** Sam sat down next to Alex in the lunch room. Clover came over. "They're serving Mac and Cheese. That's what Jenna almost always had." She said. "I know," Said Sam, sighing. Suddenly, the picnic table turned into a wormhole and sucked them in. "BaaAAAAAD TIME FOR A MISSION!" Shrieked Alex. The O opened, and there stood Agent Data. "Clover. Sam. Alex. We still need you to find Jerry. His latest cooridinates are in the Pacific ocean." "If you--" "Here are your gadgets: UPWATI, Laser Lipbalm, All Extendo Titanium Extender Rod, Bungee Belts, and TAS." Said Agent Data. "Um--" "Cheerio." "AAAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEEEAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Screamed the girls. "Jerry's right. That IS fun." Said Agent Data.
Chapter 10: Taking care of business Clover sighed. She was wearing her UPWATI and was swimming through the Pacific Ocean. "Clover, do you read me?" Asked Sam, testing the radio. "Um, yeah, I can." Said Clover. "I can too." Said Alex. "TAS is beeping faster. I think we're getting closer." Said Sam. "Roger that," Giggled Alex. "Oh, shut up, Alex," Said Clover. TAS began beeping like crazy. "C'mon, guys, we must be close!" Exclaimed Alex. Suddenly, some sort of sub was behind them. It was huge, black and, well, huge. It began to pass them. TAS beeped louder. "THEIR ON THAT SUB!" Shouted Clover. "C'mon, girls, lets get goin." Said Sam. The sub began to fire torpedos. "ALEX!" Screamed Clover. "I know, I know," Sighed Alex. She quickly moved out of the way of the torpedo. Sam got to the doors. She took out her All Extendo Titanium Extendo Rod. "DISTRACT THEM! I NEED TO GET IN!" Screamed Sam. "Roger!" Said Alex. "Yeah, okay," Said Clover. Sam put her extendo rod in. The door began to open... She watched... The door was forced open. She was tossed in with the current. That very second, the extendo rod failed and the doors slammed shut. "Whooooa!" Shouted Sam. "Clover, Alex? I'm in the sub!" "Thats--AAH!--Great." Said Clover. "I'm going to look for Jerry. Sam out." Sam began to explore the rooms. The doors were automatic, so she could enter anywhere. "This sub is huge!" She said to herself. She opened one door. Inside, bound and gagged, was Jerry and... Jenna? ***** Clover dodged another torpedo. "We--AAAAAAH!--Can;t keep this up!" "I know!" Responded Alex. "C'mon! Into that cave!" Shouted Clover. ***** "J-j-Jenna? But... Your dead!" Exclaimed Sam, removing the gags. "No, not me. My evil clone!" She said, standing up. "Yes. We were--" The ship gave a lurch. "C'mon! Abandon ship!" Said Sam. She took her Laser Lipbalm and cut a whole in the wall. "Lets get out of here!" ***** "W-where are we?" Asked Alex. They were in some sort of techno cave. "I bet this is the evil peoples hideout!" Exclaimed Clover. "Right you are, Clover." Said a voice. Alex and Clover spun. There was... TIM SCAM?!
Chapter 11: Unhappy Reunion Alex stared. "T-t-t-Tim Scam?" "Yes, good job, Alex. You certainly know your arch villains." He said, laughing. Suddenly, Sam swam in. She had hooked up some of her oxygen tank to Jerry's and Jenna's mouthes so they wouldn't suffocate. Tim pressed a button. The cave door closed and the water drained. Jenna took off her breather. "Its okay, guys. Its air," "Air? Great," Said Sam, removing her helmet. Clover narrowed her eyes. "Alright, Tim, what are you doing? And, Sammy, is that Jenna?" "Yes," And Sam went on to explain it all. "Tim here has designed a cloning machine... So he kidnapped Jerry to take over WHOOP. He knew we would be on his tail, so he took Jenna and replaced her with an evil clone. When the time was right, 'JENNA' would die... Leaving us totally stumped. He knew they would call off the mission after a fellow spy died... But I guess he didn't know Agent Data." When Sam was finished, Tim laughed. "So... You have discovered my plan. Well, yes, that was her evil clone. I was planning to take Jerry, clone him and rule WHOOP... Yes, that was my plan. Then that AGENT DATA sent you out again--Jenna or not. The fool," Clover gasped. "Jenna?" Jenna smiled. "Its me," Tim snapped his fingers. At least ten clones appeared behind him. Jerry's and Jenna's attacked with full force. "HI-YA!" Screamed Jenna as she performed a judo swipe. And, so, naturally, the spies beat all the clones. "TAKE THIS!" "EAT THAT!" His clones defeated, Tim stared. "YOU SPIES HAVE MESSED WITH ME FOR THE LAST TIME!" Tim shouted. He grabbed Jenna and put her in a choke hold. Jerry gasped. "I'll shoot, Jerry. I'll shoot her." He said, pulling out a gun. "I WILL shoot." "No! Tim--DON'T SHOOT. You can have ANYTHING. ANYTHING. Just DON'T SHOOT MY DAUGHTER." Said Jerry, slumping onto the ground to plead. "Too late, Jerry! Jenna here will be accompanying me to my headquarters in Switzerland. There, my cloning machine shall make an army of Jenna's... And Tim's." He laughed. "You'll never get away with this!" Yelled Jenna. "SILENCE, YOU ARROGENT WRETCH!" Shouted Tim Scam. He pressed the gun against her temple. Jenna squeaked. Sam stood tall. "Tim, you will not suceed!" "Quiet, Sammy, or you might cost someone THEIR LIFE." He laughed evilly. "Cheerio, girls." All the spies could do was watch Tim climb into his sub, laughing and holding a pale Jenna. "What do we do?" Asked Sam. "I know," Said Alex. She was standing on a staircase that led into a sub. "Yeah!" ***** Jenna was tied to a chair in the front of the sub. A Jerry clone was steering and Tim was pacing. "Tim, you'll never get away with this!" She yelled again. "Au contraire, I will." He said, laughing. All chances of stopping Tim were pretty grim.
Chapter 12: Disaster Strike Jenna was kicking as hard as she could. Tim and his Jerry clone were sleeping in a room in the back of the sub. "Ow! Freaking ropes..." She struggled as hard as she could. Her laser lipbalm dug into her side. "MY LASER LIPBALM!" She reached with all the strengh she had. Her fingers picked up her lipbalm. She cut her legs free. Then her arms. "No one clones me and gets away with it!" She told herself. ***** "Geez, Alex, could ya drive any SLOWER?!" Asked Clover. "Yes!" Said Alex, extremely aggravated. Sam was pacing. "Sam, will you tell me whats wrong?" Asked Jerry. "I'm just wondering if Jenna's alive," Sighed Sam. "I am too, Sam. I am too." "She has to be alive. Tim needs her to clone her," Said Clover. "Good point," Agreed Alex. Jerry was looking extremely sad. "Jer, what's up?" Asked Sam. "Well, I owe Jenna something," He said. "What?" Asked Clover. "15 years of love as a father." Jerry sighed. "I suppose I should explain... Okay, here goes... It started when my wife divorced me. I had told her I worked for WHOOP and she wasn't happy about it. So she left. Well, thirty years later, I was informed that she had giving birth to a baby girl. Her new husband didn't want the baby. He said he'd slit her throat if he was supposed to keep her. Well, I was given the baby. Jenna was put in daycare everyday. Sometimes I forgot she even existed! Well, as you know, Jenna gew up. When the time came, she started her spy training... But as Jenna, not Jerry's daughter. I decided she needed friends... So I put her in your threesome. And look at where we are now... This is all my fault..." Clover, Sam and Alex sat in silence. ***** Jenna ran. She ran as fast as she could. "This stupid sub has no end!" Suddenly, Tim Scam stepped out of nowhere. "Going somewhere?" Jenna gasped. "Let me go!" "I will not surrender," He said, grinning. "Clones, ATTACK!" Jerry's and Jenna's leaped out of nowhere. "Stay-- HIYA!--AWAY!" Shouted Jenna, performing a judo swipe. "CLONES! DO HER IN!" Screamed Tim. Jenna was kicked in the mouth by a Jenna clone. As soon as she fell to the ground, a Jerry clone began to tie her wrists. A Jenna clone tied her feet. "Enjoy the ride." Said Tim, laughing maniacally. "What are you going to do?" Asked Jenna, who was now very scared. "Isn't it simple?" He asked. "I'm going to throw you into the ocean and let you drown." "Thats not simple." Said Jenna. "Good point. Oh well. CLONES! OPEN THE HATCH!" A Jerry clone picked Jenna up. "Good-bye, Jenna. We won't meet again." Said Tim, grinning evilly. And, without further ado, the hatch was opened and Jenna was thrown into the vast, deep Pacific Ocean.
Chapter 13: No one goes down without a fight Jenna gurgled helplessly as she sunk down, down, down... She began to choke up. AIR! SHE NEEDED AIR! Jenna's face turned red as she sunk. Where were they? ***** In case you are wondering, yes, 'they' is Sam, Clover and Alex. And yes, they were on they're way to rescue Jenna. Sams compowder rang. "Hello?" "Hi, Sam! This is David!" Exclaimed the other voice. "Hi... David. Um, why are you calling?" Asked Sam. "I was wondering... Um, would you like to go out on Saturday?" He asked. "But... What about Jenna?" "Oh, I'm over her. Can't change the past." "Wow... Um, this is so sudden." "Oops, did I catch you at a bad time?" "Who are you talking to?" Asked Alex. "No one! Listen, David, I'll call you back." Sam whispered to her compowder. "Is that a yes or a no? Sam? Are you there?" Asked David. "I said, I'll call you back." Sam closed her compowder. "What a jerk! Jenna supposedly dies, he mourns for two days, then he's completely over her! I can't believe I actually considered saying yes!" "Sammy... You'd better come see this..." Called Clover. Sam ran into the main control room. Alex was driving, Jerry was crying and Clover was looking sad. "What?" Asked Sam. "Tim doesn't have Jenna any more," Said Alex. "What do you mean?" "He threw her. Out into the ocean. Tied up." Explained Clover. Jerry sobbed. "I-I-I'm an awful father!" "Shut up, Jerry. Crying does nothing." Said Alex. "How do you know?" Asked Sam. "Listen to this radio message." Said Alex. A playback recording of Tim's voice came up on the radio. "Jerry, what'll you do now? You're precious baby girl is drowning! What'll you do? Save her? Ignore her like you did for 16 years? Jenna is probably choking at the bottom of the ocean, trying to hold on to her life! Nice attempt girls, but not too nice! Like I said, you spies have messed with me for the last time! Alex, you're next!" Alex shuddered. "I'm frightened." "We all are, Alex." Said Jerry. "Do you think we can find Jenna?" Asked Clover. "Not in time," Said Sam. "We can either save Jenna, or the world." Said Alex. "We need to save the world. We're sorry, Jerry, but thosands of people are in need of our help." Said Clover. "I understand, spies. She's probably dead by now..." There was a tapping noise on the hutch of the sub. Sam looked out the window. "Open the hatch!" Alex pressed the open button. Water poured in, carrying a figure. It was Jenna. She was fine, and her bonds were gone. "J-J-Jenna?" Asked Jerry. "No one goes down without a fight," Said Jenna.
Chapter 14: No more mission? Sam gaped. "Jenna? But... You sunk! Drowned!" "Correction: COULD HAVE DROWNED." Said Jenna, wringing out her knee length hair onto the floor of the sub. "How did you live?" Asked Jerry. "Yeah, we assumed you were dead!" Exclaimed Clover. "Well, its a long story," Said Jenna. "We got time. Tim's gone," Said Alex. "Well, I was sinking, as you remember... I felt around for anything that could save me. My hand brushed against my belt. Of course! My bungee belt! I spied a sturdy looking piece of coral. I pulled myself up--" "Wait, hang on, what about the ropes?" Asked Sam. "I'm getting to that!" Said Jenna. "Okay, continue." Said Alex. "I sawed through the ropes with the rest of my strenth using a rock. It was then I really ran out of oxygen... I began to float towards the surface... And I saw your sub. Luckily, Sam saw it was me and opened the hatch just in time." Jerry ran over. "My daughter, my precious Jenna..." "Dad, um, your kinda choking me." "Sorry." "So, Jenna, are you ready to go home?" Asked Sam. "What? But... Tim?" Asked Jenna. "We lost him," Said Sam. "Um, okay, I guess I'm ready." "Great!" Exclaimed Alex. "Beverly Hills, here we come!" Exclaimed Clover. ***** Jenna wasn't present the next day at Beverly Hills High. Or the next day. She and her 'dad' had devided she could skip school for a while so they could 'get to know each other, like ‘father daughter'. Sam was lying in the grass with Clover and Alex. "Okay, guys, Mitosis is..." "How should I know?" Asked Clover. "UGH! C'mon, Clover. Channel your mind into this, or you'll fail the test!" Said Alex. "Test, shmest." Said Clover, rolling onto her back. "I could really care less." "It counts for abut 60% of your grade." "HO-OH! LETS GET STUDYING!" Exclaimed Clover. 50 feet away, David was watching the spies. His eyes narrowed. He picked up a walkie-talkie. "Yeah? Yeah. Commence launch sequence." Meanwhile, back with the spies... "The answer is 1,956." Said Sam. "Correct," Said Clover. Alex yawned. "Okay, Alex, what is pi times 453?" Asked Sam. "I'm so tired." "That isn't the answer." Said Sam. "I know... I'm just so... Ahhh." Alex slumped over. "Alex? ALEX?" Screamed Clover. Alex was unconcious. "Sammy... This must be the work of only one person... He did say Alex was next, right?" "Right. Okay... Wherever he is, Tim Scam is going down!"
Chapter 15: A terrible threat Sam grabbed Alex. "ALEX?" David, 50 feet away, smiled. He picked up the walkie-talkie. "Mission accomplished." Clover picked Alex up. "C'mon! She needs help!" Sam turned around. "Huh?" "What is it, Sammy?" "I thought I saw someone..." "Well, if you did, they're gone now." Said Clover. "I know... But I've just got this weird feeling that we're being watched..." Said Sam, looking around shiftily. "C'mon!" ***** Meanwhile, underground, in a secret fortress... A masked figure walked up to a throne type chair. "Are you ready to free them?" "Not until you complete my plans," Said the man who was sitting in the chair. The ninja-person scowled. "Its bad enough that I'm being used..." "If you complain, I shall do away with them." Said the Man. "NO! Just... Don't hurt them." "I won't... Unless you fail to carry out my plans." "I'm sorry about the first time... It won't happen again." "It'd better not," Sneered the man. "I will help you... Just don't hurt them..." Said the Ninja, exiting the room. "I WILL have my revenge... I WILL get those girls!" ***** Sam and Clover nervously sat in the hospital's waiting room. "Um, Miss Clover? Miss Sam?" A nurse approached them. "Yes?" Asked Sam, leaping up. "We've uncovered the cause... Knock-out gas." "What? But we were right next to her! Why didn't WE get a whiff?" Asked Clover. "I don't know. But what we do know is that Alex will be fine." "Whew, thats a relief," Said Sam. "Yes, it is... She should be fine in an hour," "Good. We have to get back to school." Said Clover. "Nurse Kilma, please report to the surgery ward. I reapeat, Nurse Kilma, please report to the surgery ward." Crackled the intercom. "Oh! Thats me!" Nurse Kilma rushed away. "C'mon, Sammy. Lets go visit Alex," Alex was lying on a hospital cot. Her pulse was steady and she looked fine. Sam spun around. "WHO'S THERE?" "Um, Sammy, no ones in here but us three." "I don't know, Clover. I've got that feeling again." The computer that was monitering Alex's pulse started to talk. "I will get her... I will get Alex... Only for REAL next time..." Sam ran over. "WHO ARE YOU!?" "Sammy, Sammy, Sammy. Time will tell." Was all the computer said before it went back to monitering Alex's pulse. "Was it Tim Scam?" Asked Clover. "No, Clover... This is far, far, FAR worse." ***** Sam was walking through the courtyard of Beverly Hills High when David came running. "SAM!" "David?" "I was wondering if you could come to dinner with me on Saturday!" He asked. "YES! I mean, no, no, YES! No! Yes! I'll be there!" She said. "Great. I'll see you then," David ran off. Sam gasped. "What did I just do?"
Chapter 16: Dream Date Regrets Clover sighed. Thirty more minutes... Just thirty more cursed minutes... "Class, please hand your homework forward." Said their teacher, Mrs. Bekkonheim. Every student stuck it on their desk for her two collect. David turned and winked at Sam. She had her head on her desk and looked a scrunched up. "Pssst... Sam?" Sam didn't answer. "Clover, could you please present your oral report to the class?" "Certainly, Mrs. Bekkonheim. I did a geological map of Panama..." Clover began. Sam was miserable. If she didn't go tonight, David would be crushed. If she did, Jenna would be crushed. It was a lose-lose situation. ***** Alex woke up in her bed. She yawned. "What happened?..." She looked around. Everything was perfectly normal. "I think I fainted in the School Courtyard..." Her door opened. A hand flew to her mouth. "Make a sound and I'll slit your throat," Hissed a voice. "Who are you?" She managed to say. The person paused. "I said, I'll slit your throat if you talk!" "Let me go!" "QUIET!" Said the person, bringing a knife out. They slid it up right next to Alex's throat. "Come with me," "Who are you?" "SHUT UP!" Alex reluctantly obeyed. ***** Sam put on her nicest formal dress. It was a light cream color with a matching hand-bag. She styled her hair into a pretty bun with some hair flowing out the sides. "This is a pity date," She told herself. After putting on the essential make-up, she spun in front of the mirror. "Fabulous," The doorbell rang at exactly 8:00. Her mother answered the door. "Hello there. You must be David," David nodded. "Is Sam ready?" "Right here!" Sam ran down the staircase. "C'mon!" David took her arm. He was wearing a fancy white tux. "I'm taking you to Wellingtons," "Isn't Wellingtons expensive?" She asked. He shrugged. "I don't care," She climbed into his nice car. He closed her door and got in as well. David put his keys in the ignition. They cruised down roads, avenues and streets in silence. Wellingtons was about 15 blocks from Sam's house. David pulled in. "Here we are," Sam smiled. "Lets go in," He took her by the arm. "Yes, lets." Once they were inside, they were seated at a nice table by the window. They ate and talked and ate and talked. They were getting pretty close. David began to lean towards her... Sam leaned forward. She was about to kiss David... "WHAT IS GOING ON?!" Screamed a voice. Sam and David spun around. "Jenna?" Exclaimed David. Jenna was standing there, wearing a pink dress. Her hair was up in a ponytail and she wore expensive looking dance shoes. "Yeah, its me." She said angrily. "Jenna, look, this isn't what it looks like!" Said Sam. "Oh, so I'm NOT seeing my boyfriend about to kiss one of my best friends? Tell me, if I'm not seeing that, what am I seeing?" Asked Jenna. "Um, well..." "I don't believe you, David! I thought you weren't as low as this!" Said Jenna. She began to cry. "I thought you loved me!" "I do... Jenna..." "Leave me alone, filthy cheater!" Yelled Jenna. And, without any further words, Jenna ran out the door and into the cold.
Chapter 17: Threats Sam watched Jenna run out, crying. David sat, unfazed. "Take me home," She said. "But... Sam?" "TAKE ME HOME, DAVID!" "C'mon, Sam, don't let our night be ruined by... HER." Said David, trying to take Sam's hand. "OH, SO JENNA DOESN'T MATTER ANYMORE!?" Screamed Sam. The whole restaurant looked their way. "Jenna... Well... FINE!" He shouted. Sam picked up her handbag and left a tip. "Lets go," She said. David got his car keys. He scowled. In the parking lot, David turned to Sam. "I hope you're happy," "Take me home and I will be," Said Sam, scoffing at him. David didn't open her door. He just got in and started the car. "Well? C'mon! Get in!" Sam opened her door. "I will, thank you." The drive home was an angry silence. "Well, thank you, David, for a not-so-great night," Said Sam. "You're not welcome," He said, looking quite angry. She watched him drive away. ***** Alex woke up in some kind of red-hot room. She was sweating. "Where am I?" "Welcome, Alex," Said a voice. She looked up. "Let me go, Mr. Villian... Um, whoever you are!" "I can't... Not yet." "Yes you can!" She struggled with her ropes. "You can't escape," Said the voice. "I can too!" She yelled. "I've tied you up." "I've noticed THAT," She growled. "So I see," "Who are you?" "Alex... You couldn't handle that information if you tried." "I could too!" She argued. "All right..." The man walked into the light. DAVID?! ***** Sam was sitting on her bed. She couldn't believe she had just almost kissed her best friends boyfriend. Her phone rang. "Hello?" "I hate you," Said a teary voice. "Hi, Jenna." Said Sam with a gusty sigh. "How could you? I thought you my friend!" Sobbed Jenna. "I am!" Exclaimed Sam. "I can't believe you, I just can't believe you!" There was a click. Sam sighed. "I'm such a jerk..." Her phone rang again. "Jenna?" She asked as she answered it. "No. Not Jenna. But you will pay, Sam. You will pay." There was a click. Sam dropped her phone. Who was that? She hadn't recognized the voice... Wait... What did he mean by 'You will pay'?
Chapter 17: Fight with the ninja Alex stuttered. "D-D-D-David?" "Well, well. She can talk after all." Said David, grinning evilly. "How--What?..." "You don't get it, do you?" Asked David, laughing. Alex gritted her teeth. "You nasty loser!" "Oh, oh! I'm so hurt! I might cry!" Said David sacastically. "You are a filthy, terrible, ugly, awful man!" She spat. "Help me, mommy, Alex thinks I'm a filthy, terrible, ugly, awful man!" Alex scowled. It was then she remembered her book, Stress Relief for Dummies. "When you get angry, a lump of strength may rise in you." It had said. "EAT THIS!" She screamed. With all the strength in her arms, plus the extra kick, she hit the glass surrounding her with full force. "HI-YA!" David watched in shock as Alex jumped out of her glass prison. "Nice try... But not too nice," She said, smiling lightly. "HI-YA! ***** Sam was lying in her bed, wide awake. It was 12:30 AM, but Sam couldn't sleep. She had the most awful nightmare. She dreamt that Jenna was getting further and further away... Clover and Alex were vanishing... Jenna screamed for help... Someone grabbed her shoulder. It was David. She had screamed and woken up. Sam walked to her window. "Just a dream... Whew, it was just a dream." ***** Alex kicked David in the stomach, sending him flying. She smiled. David got back up and punched Alex. She spun for a second, the blocked his next punch and punched him herself. He was getting sick of this. David kicked her in the shins and began to run away. Alex jumped high in the air and landed in front of him. "I don't think so," David ducked and knocked her off her feet. Alex used this to her advantage. She kicked him in the nose and began to punch him. "TAKE THIS! AND THAT! AND THIS! AND THAT! AND--" "Stop." Said a voice. Behind her was the ninja... The same one we've been seeing all the time. "Don't hurt him. He's but a pawn," Said the Person. "Who are you?!" Asked Alex raising her hands. "I can't tell you that." "Then fight me! HI-YA!" She reached forward to kick her. The person ducked and caught Alex's leg, leaving her hanging in mid-air by their hand. "LET ME GO!" Shouted Alex. Her request was obeyed. "Fine... Take this!" Alex aimed for the persons jaw. "I don't want to fight!" Shouted the person. But Alex was coming at her with no choice. The person jumped into the air. "Good-bye," "What do you mean? I'm not finished!" Shouted Alex. The person threw a smoke bomb. When it clared off, all that was left was a smoke bomb container and a moaning David. "Who was that?" ***** Sam sighed. Another sleepless night. Her compowder rang. "Hello?" "Sammy! Its Clover. Alex is missing!" "WHAT?!" Shrieked Sam. "I know. I'm scared, Sammy!" "Yeah... Where do you think she could be?" "Well, we all know she's not on an overnight shopping-spree at the mall!" Suddenly, another person came on screen. It was... Some sort of ninja? "You'll find Alex at 23rd Avenue. The old abandoned warehouse." "Who are you?" Asked Clover. "You'll know soon enough." And they vanished. "Who was that?" Asked Sam. "No idea. Meet me on 23rd Avenue in five minutes!" "Gotcha. See ya there!" ***** Underneath the ground, the mysterious man was looking at a tape. It was a tape of Alex and the person fighting. "I don't want to fight!" Said the ninja on screen. He paused it. "That girl is trouble. Trouble to my plans. Trouble to everything. She wants to help the spies? She can. She can help them when they are flying to their independing doom!"
Chapter 18: Surprise, surprise Alex stared at where the ninja had been minutes before. "A-A-Alex?" "David!" Alex spun around. "Please, help me up and I'll tell you something important." He said. She took his hand and hoisted him onto a chair. "What?" "Well, it started when I was captured..." "By who?" "Can I finish?" "Oh, yeah." "I was captured and taken somewhere. I don't remember where it was, but some voice told me soothingly that I was okay. I fell asleep--" "You fell asleep?" Said Alex, very confused. "CAN I FINISH?!" Screamed David. "Yeah, okay," "So, I fell asleep. Later, I woke up with a feeling... A noxious feeling. Something had happened to me. Suddenly, this, like, almost computer voice rang out. I heard it say that you had been a bad girl and--" "Needed to be punished?" Finished Alex. She was sure she knew who this was. "How did you know?" Asked David. "Just continue," Said Alex. "Okay. Well, then, some fat old lady came out and started to laugh. She had a foreign accent..." "Dr. Bittersweet!" Exclaimed Alex. "Who?" Asked David. "Look, just keep going." She said. "Um, okay... Well, after that, some freaky robotic girls came out with some red-haired woman behind them. I looked. Everyone had on an evil look... And then I blacked out. They implanted some kind of mind-control-- AAAAAAAEAHHHH!" David began to twitch. A voice near-by somewhere started to talk. "Naughty, naughty, David. You've been a bad boy. You need to be punished." Alex watched in horror as David began to yell with pain. About five minutes later, he slumped over on the ground. Alex ran over. "DAVID!" "Alex, Alex, Alex... You never will learn." Said the computer voice. "I know thats you, CHAD. I'll find you!" She screamed. ***** Clover threw on her coat and ran to 23rd Avenue as quick as she could. Huffing and puffing, the intense cold burned her cheeks. Sam was waiting for her. "About time!" "Sorry, Sammy. Mom wasn't asleep yet." Said Clover. Sam pushed open the door to the warehouse. She walked in. Inside was a shattered glass cage like thing. Alex was sitting down, monitering a person's pulse. Clover walked forward to find out it was David. "David?!" Exclaimed Sam. "Yeah. Girls, I've got bad news..." "Spill!" Said Clover. "All our favorite villians are back... Bittersweet, CHAD, Margeret 'Sweet' and many more!" Said Alex. "Not good," Said Sam. David moaned. Suddenly, the huge computer screen above them came to life. "Naughty, naughty, girls. You have been bad. Time for your punishment!" Alex, Clover and Sam all looked up. CHAD's face glowed on the screen. "PREPARE TO TASTE THE SICKLY SMELL OF LOSS!" Shouted CHAD. A machine nearby began to whir. Alex, Clover and Sam screamed as they were sucked into some sort of vortex. ***** Sam was first to wake. They were in some sort of alleyway. She rubbed jer head... Chad... David... The ninja... Alex woke next. "Where are we?" Clover got up. "Yeah, where are we?" "Not in Kansas anymore." Said a voice. The girls spun around to see... Jenna? She looked very different. Her hair was longer and her eyes bluer. She wore a black suit with one strap. "Jenna? Where are we?" Asked Alex. "Beverly Hills." Said Jenna, helping them up. "What year?" Asked Sam. "2009." All the girls gasped. ***** David woke up in some type of tank. He was tied to a raft. "David, ah, your awake." Margeret Sweet and her robot Black Widows stood there. Behind her was Dr. Bittersweet, Tim Scam, CHAD (On a computer screen), Lady Dragon, Simon Tucker and Frankie Dude. "Who are you people?" He asked. "Your worst nightmare." Said Simon. The tank he was in began to fill with water. It showed no sign of stopping. A lid was pulled over the top and all that was heard around Beverly Hills 2004 was David's screams of terror.
Chapter 19: Time travel? Jenna helped all three girls up. "I've been waiting five years for this," "For what?" Asked Sam. "You," Whispered Jenna. A single tear rolled down her cheek. "Us?" Asked Clover, very confused. "Yes, you," She hastily wiped her tear away and turned. "Jenna?" Said Alex softly. "I can't. I just can't. Ever since the death, it's never been the same." "Death? Of who?" Asked Sam. "Jerry." ***** David took his last breath before he was completely engulfed in water. Tim Scam laughed. "Enjoy your last moments on earth!" Suddenly, the door was kicked down. A ninja walked in. "Let him go!" "You traitor!" Shouted Margeret. The ninja scowled. "I may betray you, but you'll never betray them!" "Watch us!" Screamed CHAD. The ninja jumped onto the ceiling. It recoiled and hit the side of the tank with full force. Water poured out, David with it. He gasped a breathed again. The ninja gave a wry smile. "No. Watch me," They jumped very high into the air and threw a smoke bomb. When it cleared, David was gone and so was the ninja. But one thing remained... ***** Clover sipped a little tea. They were sitting in Jenna's kitchen drinking warm chi tea. "So... Jerry died in a freak accident?" Asked Sam. "Yes... No one knows how," Said Jenna darkly. Alex looked at Jenna. Something was wrong. Jenna got up and walked up the stairs. The spies followed. Jenna was picking up a old diary. It was worn and a dark red. Quietly, she blew the dust off of it. "Do you remember them?" "Who?" Asked Clover. "Brittany and Mandy. The dynamic duo." She whispered. "Dynamic Duo?" Asked Alex. "They replaced you after you vanished. I became one of them. We were just like you guys." Said Jenna quietly. "Oh. Well, what do you mean by remember?" Asked Sam. But Jenna had opened the diary, revealing that it wasn't a diary at all, but a photo album. Inside it were numerous pictures of Jenna, Mandy and Brittany having fun together. "They're gone. Died in an oil accident on a mission." Said Jenna. It took a moment to absorb this in. "Did you take over WHOOP?" Asked Clover. "No. WHOOP is gone," She said quietly. Alex blinked. Something was odd. Jenna picked up a large case. Inside it was a dusty acoustic guitar. Sam, Clover and Alex watched as she sighed and played a sweet, but sad, song. "That was beautiful," Said Alex once she finished. "I wrote it. I played it at Brittany and Mandy's funeral." Said Jenna. Sam looked around them. They were surronded by dusty items. "This is my quiet place," Said Jenna. "I come here to think of them... and him." "Him?" Asked Sam. "David. We were married for five monthes when he was diagnosed with cancer." She sighed. "Everyone I know has died." Clover sat down. "I never forgot that day," "What day?" Asked Jenna. "The day when I cheated off your test," She said quietly. Sam and Alex looked on in confusion. "I knew you did," Said Jenna, laughing slightly. Clover gasped. "You did?" "Yes," She chuckled a little. Sam picked up an old suitcase. She causiosly opened it. "NO!" Screamed Jenna. Too late. The contents spilled on the floor... A set of ninja clothes. "YOU'RE THE NINJA?!" Screamed Alex. ============================= There you go. Enjoy! ~~Anonymous Girl~~
