          SPANISH CHOOKDANG
Ckicken in tomato, onion, olive oil, chicken stock,
with prunes and raisins.
MAKE a sauce out of all the ingredianta except the chicken,prunes and raisins
COOK chicken in bits , till brown.add prunes and raisins.
when cooked add everything together in a deep pan,
THEN make a pulp of smoked almonds, pine nuts, and a dash of white wine
by mushing them in a mortar, or blender.
add this to the pan, (it will thicken it.)
SERVE over rice and
have 19 glasses of Lambrusco.
