Originally drafted in as a one-off joke, the janitor stuck around to make JD's life in the hospital a living nightmare. From accusing him of stealing his window cleaner to claiming to be his father, the collosal custodian (nifty bit of alliteration, no?) steals every one of his scenes, and gives some great comic relief, as if any were needed.
