Our yoga techniques include :

Astanga :

Astanga means : Asta(8) + Anga(limbs)

This is otherwise known as Raja yoga or 8 limbs of Patanjali.

These are :

Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.

Yama : Yama means some external disciplines which are pre-requisites for spiritual growth.

Niyama :

bullet Iswara pranidhana : self-surrender

Asana :

bullet Sasankasana

Pranayama :

bullet Nadi sodhan
bullet Samavriti
bullet Kapalbhati

Pratyahara :
