Astanga :
Astanga means : Asta(8) + Anga(limbs)
This is otherwise known as Raja yoga or 8 limbs
of Patanjali.
These are :
Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama,
Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.
Yama : Yama means
some external disciplines which are pre-requisites for spiritual growth.
Those are :
