
| 'Darul Hanan' means 'Rumah Kasih Sayang' is an orphanage and poor that is handling by certain Association such as a non-governmental organization (NGO) independent. Darul Hanan is a charity that is quite unique. The orphanage of Darul Hanan has been established in 1992 based on a sense of responsibility by Puan Sri Datin Noorzilah, as the founder and chairman. Darul Hanan and his committee members need to strengthen their affection among disadvantaged and defend the fate of children who lost a parent. The first building of Darul Hanan was built in 1992 and on January 10, 1993 it has enrolled the first group of 31 girls. Then, on November 21, 1995, Darul Hanan started to receive children of 31 males. Until 2010, Darul Hanan has given helped almost 353 children. On 2010, the total orphan of Darul Hanan is 64 people. |

| Children who are qualified to live in Darul Hanan is from an orphans and poor families. However if the child is an orphan, beneficiaries are prioritized economic criteria. Priority will be given to children who come from Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, Masai, Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru before receiving from other regions. If it has a request from the other areas in Johor or Malaysia, this case will be considered on merit by the Management Committee Darul Hanan. All admission of children must go through the process of recruitment of children by the existing procedures at the Darul Hanan and approval of the Management Committee of Darul Hanan. |
| Education about religious is more focuses in Darul Hanan and children are required to attend the religious school that organized by the Johor Islamic Religious Department in Pasir Gudang. Moreover, a special teachers are appointed to help the children to work on the religious practices of Islam, such as praying, fasting, Fardu 'Ain and read the Koran. The officers of Darul Hanan are responsible to give attention and help in children’s education. Additional classes will be available to help children who are weak in their studies. |
| Management of Darul Hanan is controlled by members of the Welfare Association of Darul Hanan that are appointed through election at the Annual General Meeting for 2 years. Committee Members Welfare Association of Darul Hanan is an advisor to the operations of Darul Hanan. Administration of Darul Hanan has been operated by experienced and competent role in protecting and educating children. Officials here functionaries headed by an Administrator who has the approval of the Degree and was helped by four assistants Administrative every house and 3 cooks. |
| 1. Donations from members through monthly payroll deductions and contributions of companies Johor Corporation Group or through a project undertaken by the Darul Hanan. |

| 3. Through special projects that undertaken by the Management Committee Members and members of the Welfare Association of Darul Hanan such as Ramadan Charity Sales or Desk Charity Night Sales. |
