Wally West is the new Flash. He is faster and stronger than Barry but still respects Barry as the man that taught him everything he knows. Wally lives in Keystone City and protects the Twin Cities(Keystone and Central cities) from the various Rogues(as they are called by the KCPD) like Gorilla Grodd, Mirror Master, and even a new, even more dangerous Zoom. Wally is married to Linda Park and lives in an apartment. He has become the working man's hero since everyone in the city knew his real name...until recently. The new Zoom, a man named Hunter Zolomon, lost everything important to him in one tragic moment. He tried to used the old Cosmic Treadmill, used by Barry Allen to transfer thru time and dimensions, to go back in time to stop that moment from happening. Unfortunately, the Treadmill exploded creating in Hunter a Time-Space anomaly. Hunter was able to slow or quicken his speed down the timeline, allowing him incredible speed even faster than the Flash. He became Zoom. In a fit of rage Zoom struck out at the Flash, the man who wouldn't let him fix that one moment by attacking Wally's wife, Linda. Linda was pregnant with twins and Zoom used his powers to make her miscarry the twins. Wally was devastated. He hunted Zoom down and they engaged in a light-speed brawl around the world in the blink of an eye. When Wally discovered that Zoom's power was creating small tears in Space-Time, he pushed Zoom into the next one he saw...that moment that ruined Zoom's life. Zoom stopped, his mind is forever trapped-reliving that moment over and over. But Flash too was hurt by this battle. He decided that it was a mistake to let the world know that he was the Flash, so he made a deal with the all-powerful Spectre(formerly Hal Jordan) to make everyone forget who the Flash was. He got his wish, but unfortunately he also forgot. He is now relearning who he is, and what great power he possesses...
